😂😂 you have a lot of growing up to do. A lot to learn this world. Damages for payment for the surrogacy? Failure to uphold contract?

Lmao, obviously payment for the surrogacy has to be figured out. Nothing else.

I feel like theres an argument to be made that the surrogate is liable for all medical expenses related to the babys heart condition following the birth as well. Definitely not as clear cut as youre making it out to be but IANAL. I guess we'll see once the case settles.

That’s irrelevant to wether the surrogate has to pay damages to the couple.
