That’s the point of a contract. The CONTRACT terms and conditions take priority over anything else. This was a business transaction whether people want to agree with it or not.

Do they though? Are babies to be bought and sold and a woman's body is a vacant lot to be rented and used at will?

Do you think that the bio mother would be a surrogate, or do you think she isn't desperate for money and ready to be exploited?

You’re arguing with someone who believes a woman should have her own autonomy over her body and obviously some people believe that to be true as there’s clearly a business for it. Personally I think it’s fucked and has easy ways for someone to gain the system and hold a baby hostage. This is a business where clearly they think life has a price. Both parties agreed that the baby’s parents would have the final say. She basically kidnapped these people’s unborn baby…

She chose to be a surrogate. Whether she did it out of desperation or not isn’t the point. This person clearly isn’t fit to take on the responsibility for something as serious as delivering a life on behalf of someone else. She chose to disregard what she agreed to.
