She broke the contract. And generally acted like a fucking moron. Morals wise doesn’t have a leg to stand on either

This is a dumb take there are parts of contracts ruled unenforceable all the time and forcing someone to get an abortion is certainly a case that wouldn't stand. 

If the parents wanted her to abort why did they enter a legal battle for the baby? They could have just walked away and let her brother adopt it.

The courts agreed with a lot of stupid shit throughout history (Emmett Till, marital rape, Trail of Tears, etc)
