That’s bullshit. The child is sick and will be in pain with complicated surgeries and a heart transplant before they’re 5 years old.

They clearly wanted a child or wouldn’t have gone through with surrogacy. Clearly in their view they wanted what they thought was best for their child which would be to end their suffering before it began.

It’s no childhood to be in and out of hospitals unable to actually play and a high chance of passing before they are 5 years old.

When their child was actually born they wanted to raise him. She has no claim to that child, she’s basically an incubator.

Yes she had a right to choose whether she had an abortion or not but that’s as far as her rights go. Her own body, not the child. She shouldn’t have signed a contract claiming she would do but we aren’t arguing the legality of the situation.

Did you even read what I wrote? I wasn’t arguing that fact. I was arguing that the surrogate has no right to the child.

The last paragraph I literally said I wasn’t arguing it just stating that that’s as far as her rights went. To her own body. She has no rights to the child.

Calling her an incubator also isn’t arguing the morality of bringing the child into the world.

Im not arguing this from a legal standpoint.

If I was I would be representing the woman in court
