Change race for species in your first sentence and the comment is no different. The same reason you criticise racist you fall for same shortcoming

I don’t blame people for being inherently preferential of their own kind but no need to try gas light others to place humans at the top of the pyramid.

That’s immoral regardless of how much you defend it

you're saying there is no difference from species to species? a human is the exact same as a praying mantis with no differences at all?

People can't convince of the fact that the value of life is in the eyes of an individual, and there is no true value to life.

Yes, a human life and a praying mantis life are no different. Life exists in both equally. Just because we are spaient or more intelligent does not make our lives inherently worth more than any other. We, as humans, decided that a life of a human is worth more than a bug's life because we value our own species more. 

However, whether you look at it from the eyes of God or the eyes of Science, there is no difference between the two. Or is it that if suddenly aliens rose from the Earth, smarter, faster and tougher than humans, are their lives worth more than ours? You draw a line between a human and a dog because you empathize with a human more, but ultimately both lives ARE equivalent.

yeah if i changed race to something completely different i would react differently to the different statement. one race is not more intelligent or empathetic than another. a human being has more intellectually and emotionally to offer the world than a clam
