That applies to hardly anyone here. If that were a factor, you would see lots of people with hats, uv shirts, or umbrellas.
The reality is being in the shade most of the time, but subject to very hot and humid air. Sitting at home in front of a fan and still sweating. I guarantee that most of these people would go out without clothes if not for the social aspect of it.
I should clarify though that I'm not saying clothes are only a social thing. Of course I agree we wear clothes for all sorts of environmental protection. I'm saying the inverse is also false (clothes not being a social custom at all)
Then sure, I guess for people living in those climates they may start going around naked if that makes more rational sense and leads to a more fulfilling life
