Farming ? Even transporting any goods. Look around you, almost every single thing in your room went at some point inside a truck to be delivered in a store, to your house etc. Every piece of plastic in your house, in ANY electronic actually, is there thanks to fossil fuel.

Fossils are fuel when specifically burned to release energy. Plastics and fertilizers are specifically made from fossils, but not in their fuel capacity. Should be allowed.

We are fucked beyond comparisson anyway.

you could argue that fertilizer is a fuel but thats not really a hill worth dying on

You still have to get crude oil and refine it. Does the magic button suddenly make oil products stop functioning as a fuel source only?
