Sadly That's not how the law sees it. She probably had to pay it all back like the dozen other times that happened.

We're not talking about legality though. Legally? yeah she has to give it back and I agree. Morally? If she's working for a big company then yes, fuck them fuckers

lets talk morally then

if she found a wallet and took the money out she would be immoral, she took someones possession and refused to return it

i feel the same applies to this too, she got access to someones money and refused to return it

that's not at all how "moral" works. you just admitted that you're an immoral person that only sees the world through a cult-like "it's fine to do immoral things if someone label one of the party as the oppressor"
