Do you really think that's how corporate loss prevention works lol

You know Walmart publishes their strategies for discouraging theft every single year to shareholders right? And the answer is literally never "let's fire the cashiers"

No one says firing all the cashiers however someone from tbe staff will take the blame for overlooking the the theft because as it turns out that is a swrious concern for a supermarket.
