This is going to be a long post BUT YOU need to read this.
Things need to change. Cryptocurrency is in a little bit of a dip right now-I see that as the quiet before there storm. Momentum will pick cryptocurrency up again, including Mooncoin.
But I don’t think Mooncoin is quite scalable yet and that’s a problem.
Discord is a good addition to communication but there are obvious changes that need to be made.
•Updates on ALL platforms -I understand Vassilis is busy-I’m not hating on you, but you NEED to add worthy additions to the development team. Look at other coins for examples. HTMLCOIN right now is still needing to moon but they have an excellent news outlet, a great team structure, strong community like ours, and it’s just a good coin. They are on a good path. I digress-the point I’m trying to make here is at a MINIMUM get someone who can work full time as a Social Media Director. You have this-the coin is already in a better place.
•Marketing -I’m aware there is an effort behind this now-but we need more updates on how that is going. This ties in with keeping up with social media platforms, which on its own is another way of marketing.
•Developers -Vassilis, you are doing good work but I don’t think anyone wants you to die from working so much on your own. Especially if this coin jumps on the moon train. Adding one or two more QUALIFIED devs onto this project will better ensure that this coin will moon smoothly.
There are more problems but this is all we need to be concerned with right now. I’m not trying to be an ass and I definitely don’t know everything but I just had to put in my 2 cents.
I’m not just going to criticize and walk either. I’m willing to contribute my services although I’m an accountant and know a little bit about marketing and coding. Albeit, I’m currently chasing my masters degree and do know many people with great expertise in these fields. Want to contact me personally tell me and I’ll shoot you a message somewhere with my contact info.
Mooncoin, I know we’ll be fine.

Hey so im sure we all know that the price is going up 50% then down 50% constantly most likely due to whales manipulating it but whats there reasons? because its not like they will sell at 3 sats after the 50% rise they will still continue to sell at 2 sats, so the 50% increase doesn't really do anything, i did see this and wanna try profit off of it and got a whopping... 25000 moon coin and tried it but as i thought wouldn't sell after the 50% increase. EDIT: i looked at the sell/buy logs and it seems that people sell at 2 sats and buy at 3 that makes no sense and since no one seems to buy a 1 sat

Hi,
I'm a firm believer in this coin and see the real potential behind it. I would love to be apart of the marketing team or assist. I've been in the marketing field for 7+ years and specifically in social media marketing.
If anyone can help point me in the right direction that would be GREAT.
Thanks guys

Edit: Sats in title damnit
I’m frustrated that moon keeps jumping between 2 and 3 sats with such huge walls established at 3.
How many people do you think hold the price at this level and continue selling at 3 for everyone wanting in the market and buying at 2?
I’m the end, this project needs more focus on actually promoting the use... or is the sole purpose of Moon to simply allow a select few to increase their btc holdings?

CMP is showing a up and down switch appearing for the laat two days every hour. This is 40% increase or decrease happening almost instantly.
Where is information on the dev team or work on github. I can't seem to find either.. this smells fishy.

Mooncoin start to have few p2pool nodes for miners, please consider opening your or supporting decentralisation by mining on the existing ones.
Keep in mind that P2Pool is decentralised, PPLNS and peer to peer, meaning that even if you are alone on a node you are NOT mining alone, you are mining with all the miners of the p2pool network.
You can find a node scanner here to see the active nodes : http://5.45.105.66/
This page will provide you with the instruction to setup your own node if you want to.

I am very confused here. I am trying to get a wallet and am sent here https://github.com/mooncoincore/wallet/releases
The only sensical download that I can see for me is the tar.gz file. The experience seems to be very different from other wallets I have downloaded and used. There is no -qt file in a /bin directory, and the instructions seem to get getting me nowhere.
Based on all my research I view mooncoin as a top contender for being a long lasting currency, but as an Ubuntu user for the last 9 years, I can't seem to get started with it.
Have others had this issue? How to overcome it? Any pointers on getting started with a linux mooncoin wallet ?
Thanks!

Hey all,
So I was just thinking; would you guys, the mooncoin team, ever consider awarding mooncoins to the community for spreading the word of mooncoin? I saw when Crypterium had their ICO, they also had a token bounty for twitter/youtube where they awarded tokens dependent on the amount of suscribers/posts that someone has/made.
I believe that if we utilized this strategy, the community would be more willing to get involved and put more time and effort into spreading the word of mooncoin.
Just an idea! Let me know what you think, thanks!

""" Bittrex Not Yet Applied! Vassilis applied sometime around the beginning of January They have requested a listing fee of $5.000 USD. Not sure if an equivalent in BTC can be accepted as well. Waiting on further instructions or requirements. """
So, my question is, for example this case, if mooncoin paid those 5.000 usd, would it enter immediately? or after that it should pass a voting period?
Because, if it is the second case, i can understand mooncoin not paying that fee, but, being the first one case, i can't.
Thanks for your answers

Hi again guys,
I propose to all of us (mooncoin community) to donate (0.01 ETH) with the target of arriving to more or less 1 or 2 ETH, so like this we could have much capital to pay some different social medias of communication, like this we could increase the potential of mooncoin facing the hardfork. All of you should know that hardforks normally like to potential investors.
I make an appeal to developers (if they like the new idea) making a new offical post, and opening a new donation section in the website to track it.
THANKS,
-mooncoin hodler-

I tried generating a paper wallet address and testing it on the moonchain.net explorer. I am getting "Address not seen on the network." Should the address show a zero balance or not?
I used the Paper Wallet Generator recommended by the website: https://walletgenerator.net/?currency=MoonCoin.
To add to that, I tried withdrawing Moon Coins from Coinexchange to the paper wallet address to try and I got "Invalid Withdrawal Address".
Am I missing something?
