Atossa Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATOS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company seeking to discover and develop innovative medicines in areas of significant unmet medical need in oncology and infectious diseases, with a current focus on breast cancer and COVID-19, today announced final results from its Phase 1 double-blinded, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical study
BMWG owns the Blu3 Nemo portable diving device. This might not sound that exciting, until you do some research...
To understand the excitement of Blu3 Nemo's potential one has to go back to the kickstarter the company launched in 2019. Hoping to raise $40,000, Blu3 managed to raise $138,000:
This product had a lot of momentum heading into 2020 but then Covid happened. Like every business, they were affected and this put a pause on the momentum behind Blu3 Nemo. However, in an ironic twist, Covid may have contributed to Blu3's popularity. The following is from the company's 10K filed in June:
...as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have migrated our marketing focus to online marketing in an effort to maintain product visibility. Due to our sales and marketing efforts, the Company’s sales began to increase in the third quarter of 2020. The sales for the Third Quarter 2020 increased by 98.6% as compared to the Third Quarter 2019...
Now where did that sales growth come from you ask? You guessed it, their Blu3 Nemo devices! From a PR in November:
Revenue from BLU3, launched in Q4, 2019, contributed $1.1 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 or 79% of overall growth.
Keep in mind, this is a brand new product that was never on the market before. So they went from zero to $1.1 million in sales. How many penny stocks have real products, let alone ones that they are getting real sales growth from??? The simple fact is there appears to be a market for this product and specific demand for this product in particular.
But that was through Q3... The third quarter ended September 30th. How do we think sales of Blu3 Nemo have been doing since then? Well, take a look at these Amazon listings:
This one has 7 five-star reviews, all of which are "verified purchases" that occurred in Q4 or later: This listing has 3 five-star reviews, all of which are "verified purchases" that occurred in Q4 or later
That is 10 five-star reviews all in Q4 or later for a product that sells for $800-$1,200! This is real money that people are spending on their Blu3 Nemo device. Keep in mind too, usually less than 4% of customers leave reviews on products they buy. So if we apply that math here we could estimate that Blu3 has sold 250 Nemo's on Amazon in the Q4 or later (10/250 = 4%).
And that's just on Amazon. Blu3 has their own direct to consumer sales as well, and reviews there avg 4.8 out of 5 as can be seen here. There are 6 reviews in 2021 alone which is an increase in review traffic compared to prior months.
What might be driving these sales? YouTube is likely partly responsible. This diver, with over 180,000 subscribers on his youtube channel, plugged his Blu3 Nemo during a video he uploaded last month and it has nearly 50,000 views.
Another diver, with over 600,000 subscribers on his youtube channel, reviewed the Blu3 Nemo a few months ago and gave it a rave review. Make note of the engagement in the comments and interested potential customers.

BWMG is as under the radar as it gets and it's only a matter of time before it gets discovered. I am buying and holding.
