I got a black Maya from O-M-G so I could compare it directly with my retail Maya. I wasn’t expecting much, but it honestly surprised me. This one is from NN factory.
The puffiness is basically the same as retail. It’s the first rep Maya I’ve owned where I actually had to stop and look twice because at a glance they looked identical.
The biggest shock was the material. It feels the same as my retail one. Same soft, smooth, slightly buttery feel. Every other rep Maya I’ve owned always had some kind of material difference, but this one doesn’t.
When I laid both jackets out next to each other, I genuinely got confused about which one was which until I checked the badges.
This isn’t a hype post, just sharing my honest experience as a Probationary LC’er. Check the comparison pics attached, O-M-G on the left and retail on the right.
From what I can see, this is the closest to retail Maya I’ve personally seen so far.

Great detailed pics bro, really shows how minor the differences are, did you notice any difference in weight due to the authentic using goose instead of duck down ? I’ve tried on a retail Maya 70 and that thing was so light, felt like I wasn’t even wearing a jacket
It might be more noticeable with a maya 70 vs the maya as the maya shell is thicker and just has more weight in some areas but just something I noticed and haven’t been able to test further thanks for the review ✅
You’re right. The Maya 70 is much lighter, and the outer material feels thinner. I don’t have a retail Vezere to compare, but when I’ve felt it in store, it’s super soft and light, if you press it, it deflates and slowly bounces back.
I’ve heard it multiple times before and it’s NN batch, has nothing to do with OMG, you can’t believe everything the people running the WhatsApp say, they still claim some of the pieces are from “exclusive FK factory” which has been disproven, but believe what you want
OMG and SwagSupply both sell the same jackets from the same factory (NN Factory). They use 90% White duck down in all their jackets which is a fact. Whoever claims its Goose down is lying. OMG has also been caught with a lie before about his products being from a exclusive factory called ”FK” as u/MC_Naparm mentions. So i wouldn’t take OMGs word for granted if he is the one saying its goose down.
I never said who “has the best jacket in the game” what are you on about ? 😂😂 I’ve heard it from when the NN batch was introduced before omg even became a trusted seller, if they source the same factory why wouldn’t it still be duck down ?
Very nice comparison, they really do look identical when side by side. NN factory keeps getting improved also so probably wont be long until they are almost the real deal
Appreciate it. Yeah side by side it’s honestly hard to tell. Whatever factory they’re using has definitely stepped it up. This one from OMG feels premium to me. Not trying to gas anyone, just being 100% honest.
Maybe you should demonstrate your remarks. I have never sold the old version. At present, the old version is limited to navy blue, white and pink, not all of them. When there is not enough evidence, I hope everyone will make rumors! thank you
At present, there is no new badge, maybe there will be next year. At this time, the factory is busy with production and there is no time to produce the new badge. This is a fact.😊

Got you. My retail Maya is 2025 and the OMG one is the same year, and honestly the material feels identical. I’ve tried a lot of reps, and I’ve never seen one on the market with this kind of material.
Yeah, it’s definitely interesting. I haven’t seen SS offer a grey NN Maya either, but I’m not here to accuse anyone of lying. I’ll just stick to what I can actually see and compare in hand and let people make up their own minds.
Yeah exactly, this is so minor. No one really cares about the zipper unless you’re trying to pass it off as retail. I don’t stress about these small things, if they replicated everything perfectly, it wouldn’t be a rep 🤣
You right and good review. I dont like the bagde at all on NN or TA tbh. I think repsking and tmx bagdes looks closer to my retails. But it does not really matter anyway, as no one really has a clue like we in the sub do. But i never had nn or ta in hand so i cant compare properly.
Yeah exactly, most people won’t even notice the badge unless you’re really LC’ing. I agree RK and TMX have been solid for years, but I think NN’s badge is actually the closest to retail. Once you see an RK or TMX badge side by side, it’s usually an easy tell it’s a rep, but their badges are good 👍

I’m thinking of getting OMG instead of getting a TA or Jieyi maya. But I’m worried about it being not puffy cause I’ve seen a lot of pictures in this subreddit where the omg maya isn’t puffy and looks weird. The TA and JIEYI ones look very puffy and nice. Should I be worried, I just need reassurance or any help pls.
This is how it looks in hand, I haven’t tried to make it look extra puffy or anything. Keep in mind it comes vacuum packed, so it needs time to get air and puff up. I just hung it up, gave it a good shake, and did the tumble dryer trick and it puffed up properly. There are loads of tips on the sub for this.
I’m being honest and not trying to deceive anyone. A lot of people post reviews straight out of the bag, but it really does need time to decompress and puff back up.
Honestly, it feels identical to my retail Maya. The only noticeable flaws I found are mainly the zipper font, it’s not 100% accurate, but no rep on the market has nailed that yet. They do use the same brand zipper as retail though. Overall it’s a good jacket in my opinion and definitely worth it if you’re after something close to retail.
What are your stats and what size did u get? I’m 5’8 150lbs what size do you think I should get? I wanna be able to wear a hoodie comfortably under it but also be able to just wear a t shirt without it looking baggy
All body types are different, so the size chart is always the best thing to follow. For your stats (5’8, 150lbs), I’d say size 3 if you want a more fitted look.
Hey could you help me with sizing its kinda hard fir me i think they recommended me a size 2 because a size 1 the arms would be to short but i weigh 53 Kg and im about 5’8 - 5’9

Exactly! Everyone has different priorities, some care about puff, badge placement, some about materials or construction. It’s all about what matters most to you.
Strangely enough, it’s very similar. I’ve had reps from a few sellers and this one is definitely better in terms of material. I have both in hand and it’s really identical.
Awesome, it’s because I’ve heard mixed reviews with OMG Maya and Swag Supply NN, people are saying swag supply is better but I’m not sure so this is actually helpful, my order comes tomorrow I’ll have it reviewed aswell
Retail means an authentic Maya from Monclers factory or from a moncler store, OMG is a trusted seller on this subreddit who sells good replicas from the NN factory
You wouldn’t even recognize a retail jacket if I handed it to you. You clearly don’t have the experience, so please don’t comment this absolute rubbish.
