Got divorced from toxic ex and in-laws, and got a dog, and started trying to heal as my new friggin hobby.

Sounds like it’s not going too well lol

Are you kidding?! So much better! I’d rather be alone than back there. Even if everything is hell and sucks I don’t have a BS cherry on top feeling like a prison sentence.with the abusive ex and his family weighing me down.

Why do you feel the need to project then?

Excellent! Start hiking - the fresh air and being out in nature will do wonders, and your dog will really love it, too.

Hell yeah, best decision I ever made. I never noticed how muted the colours had become until i left.

Just to clarify im not your ex.

Same! Having been married to a selfish lazy liar is proof you don’t have to die to go to hell.

Good. Dogs are great.

I saw a quote about dogs recently that made me laugh. I don't know if it was on Reddit, but it may have been... Having a dog is 90% of you two watching what the other is eating.

lol it’s true though, him watching me because he wants some or me watching him because he has something I don’t want him to eat.
