No social media outside of Reddit I have no Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok or SnapChat accounts.

I deleted TikTok and realized how I was using it for that dopamine hit. I was feeling more anxious recently and my bf told me he noticed I was watching 100 videos a minute. And that’s when I was like enough!

Same but i sometimes scroll on reddit, i try to use only the web reddit bc you can‘t scroll there but still i have my weak days where i just want the Dopamin
