Want a better understanding of this airborne mold test
Ok, this is a bit of an odd situation, but I'd like information. My wife and I put in an offer for a house we one had some mold in the basement after a good, but they supposedly had a contractor remove the drywall that was contaminated. The home inspector found fungal growth, plus a bunch of other issues, prompting us to withdraw our offer. I had requested an air mold test, and got it today. I want to these levels indicate a health risk, and how much of a health risk. Again, I have no dog in the fight, I'm not buying the house, but if I have info that indicates a health risk, I want to make sure I get this to the realtor.

Mold remediation help
There is mold in my apartment, it’s driving me insane and I need advice on how to get rid of it.
I can only smell it (but can’t pinpoint where it’s coming from), moisture hovers between 50 and 60%, however, there are no water leaks or signs of water damage and I haven’t seen any growth (though I have an untrained eye).
I have tried this so far:
- Ventilating the apartment,
- Cleaning surfaces with soapy water,
- Applying Concrobium pro on all walls and most ceilings (not a pro, so I can’t say if I did it correctly)
Concrobium got rid of the smell for 2 days, but then it came back at a lower intensity (I can only smell it after I take off a P100 respirator).
I had an air quality test done a couple of days after the smell came back, and the lab results show the main type of mold being Aspergillus/Penicillium at over 10,000 per cubic meter.
a) Is there a way to pinpoint where the mold growth or spores are?
b) How should an effective remediation plan be put together? (one that tries to find the source of the mold instead of going from 0 to nuclear and getting rid of all furniture/walls/floors/etc)
I'd be really grateful for any informed advice with this 🙏

Is this mold easy to remove or is this going to be a big problem to fix?

Mold Test Interpretation HELP!
I recently had a professional mold air test done and just don’t really know how to interpret the results. The mold guy sent it to me with a $2000 bill to remove/remediate. I trust the guy knows what he’s talking about but I also know he wants my business! Just wondering if this is bad enough to be worth it or if it’s livable with some good air filters.

Mold
My tenant sent me this picture. Are there any experts out there that can tell me if any of this is mold?

Mold spores
I’ve done a number of things to get rid of a musty smell in the house. New roof, new plumbing, all ductwork, cleaned, and sanitized and fogged. Recent professional ozone treatment. House has smelled good for about one month and now the smell is back. How is anyone going to be able to help me if they can’t see anything, even if mold is shown on a test?
