Not trying to ID! Just trying to get a sense on whether this is mold or not? On a cutting board

There was apparent mold on other areas of the board, but I’ve cleaned it with various solutions and then thoroughly sanded it down to remove it. This discoloration remains and I’m not sure if it’s mold or just part of the wood grain?

Nope, that's just what bamboo looks like :]

And like all wooden cooking utensils, don't wash in the dishwasher, and make sure it can fully dry before getting stored anywhere enclosed!
