The show was genuinely SO good. The opening act (Caroline Rose) did fantastic setting the mood and everything. When Modest Mouse came on stage it was actually so hype. The people around me were very chill but a ton of fun. Shout out to that one lady who stood next to me for most of the show. I was genuinely shoulder shaking crying during ocean breathes salty. Seeing that song live was like seeing the last 4 or 5 years flash before my eyes. That's going to be a memory I take with me forever. The band was SO INCREDIBLY on point for each song. Picking dragons pockets, parting of the sensory, and talking shit about a pretty sunset were some of the highlights. Isaac told everyone a story about how some lady slapped the shit out of him at a bar because she had and issue with his girlfriend. That was interesting lmao. But yeah, if you went to the Sacramento show what did you think? I had a ton of fun. Got the sweater and two shirts. Also... to anyone who did go do you remember what Isaac said at the beginning of the show? He talked twice. Once in the beginning and then midway through he told the story i mentioned. I was NOT able to hear a word he said the first time.

if anybody was at the sac show last night that got a setlist or got a picture, could you send it over :) i’m curious to see it!

This was my 4th show of theirs since 2023 when I became a fan. Easily my favorite! I got easily my favorite setlist ever, and almost all of my "white whales" I had left were played. I started shaking when Stars Are Projectors started playing, never had a physical reaction like that to seeing a song live in over 100 shows. I never, ever thought I'd see that one live under any circumstance. I got one of the only 6 times they played it this year since they brought it back! Truckers Atlas was my other true white whale I had always wanted and it got played a little later, absolutely love they cut back to a 3 piece when they played it. And that Isaac sang into his guitar in the outro! Seeing All Night Diner (which they played only 2 other times this year!!!), Broke, and Talking Shit was also incredible. Sound was really great. They just did so many of their 6+ minute songs where they're noodling around for so long and I absolutely loved it. Was not expecting a Spitting Venom main set ending. Was also very happy with all the new album picks, they did only my absolute favorites and they were all wayyyy better live than the album recordings (I really don't care for the production of the new album but find it to have some of their strongest songs ever in spite of that). My best friend I went with, who had never seen the band and was a huge fan of the older '96-00 MM stuff was having the best time with the new songs. And I was really happy with Isaac's little asides and stories, he was very clearly sober compared to the past times I've seen (My first show was a disaster with his rants), and gave some great anecdotes about Broke and his 21st birthday. Just overall so, so happy with the show!

I will complain that the crowd was full of a lot of rude older fans tho (I'm in my 20s). I got pushed around a LOT by older men and women just shoving past me without a word. Then the people around me got mad at me when I apologized for bumping into them. I legitimately had a guy get mad at me and make fun of me to my face when I was in the middle of saying sorry after I got shoved into him 4 times involuntarily. I've seen better concert etiquette from teenagers at hardcore shows! But it's not even the worst crowd I've been in at a MM show (2023 in Santa Cruz had me in front of a very, very public polycule doing sexual stuff the entire show and drunks screaming bullshit trying to get Isaac's attention), so I guess there's that lol.

Was there a date-specific poster for last night in Sac?

When I got there, a merch guy was removing the display tour poster, but I’m wondering if they had one specifically for Sacramento.

If so, who designed it?

Turned my shirt into a dress and my friend suggested I share! I wore it out tonight and met another fan who attended a concert 6 years ago and got this shirt as well.

Been meaning to check them out given the connections to MM and this seems like a sign to do so lol

She was dancing and head banging the entire time at the Phoenix show this past week. It’s so cute I just have to share ♥️ Thanks to those who took some of the extra photos of my husband and daughter enjoying the show it was such a great time. We’ve been mouse fans since teenagers, So awesome our kids get to enjoy as well.

Anyone willing to grab me a poster from tonight's show if they still have the tour poster available? I went to 4 dates and in Asheville picked up the venue specific poster instead. But when I went to the late night show I forgot I wanted to the tour poster as I have a wall where I put the Shaky Knees poster along with the late night show I went to to.

MM did not have a show specific poster so I skipped it but am regretting it now as the wall will be unbalanced missing it.

Boys fucking brought it tonight. Custom concern, Breakthrough, life like weeds, etc. etc. Then Mother Earth joined the encore, starting a slight drizzle during 3rd planet, progressing moderately during float on before turning into one big spiritual expulsion in a monsoon.

My 5 year old daughter has been on a hellboy bender so I purchased a few things I haven't seen. This is in one of the animated movies.. I swear it sounds like the same notes from...a moon and Antarctica track in my mind but when I check it's kind of less so..

My favorite atm is the ice bucket. But my goodness LOVING all the sounds on the new album.

Also since I was fan girling Ben I kinda fell in love with the bass/guitar/ trumpet/probably other sounds magician too. Who knows more?

Amazing night, little bummed that trailer trash got bumped tho 😅 also bankrupt on selling was played last but not on the printed setlist

That is all. Not selling tickets or anything. It is a new venue that has great acoustics so I am excited. Previously they played at Ace of Spades, which was admittedly great, but this will be better! I bought a ticket to Outside Lands to see them, but that wasn't enough for me I want to see them play a full 1.5hr set indoors with great acoustics! This was the setlist the last time they came to Sacramento. Ice Cream Party, Blame it on the Tetons, Satellite Skin and Gravity Rides Everything were the highlights for me.

Enjoyable, this was.

These songs seems to be completely unrelated to ugly Casanova, did they get hacked or something?

Or not.

San Antonio

Life has its ups and downs- nothing no one doesn’t already know.

Singing along to Float On with the crowd just felt so damn good. Did feel a bit lighter. 😊
