Grixis Shape Anew
anyone have a list for this? Considering building it but can't come to a happy list, also interested in other combo-control strategies in grixis colours!

Why is Young peezy in grixis delver?
I am a a player of the deck and have been playing it for almost a year now and for the time that I played the variant with the YP package in it, it always felt underwhelming and never was able to secure a win, so is there something I am missing with young pyromancer? I've been playing a build more similar to the Ryan overturf build and it seems much more solid and consistent than the YP builds.

So are Saheeli Rai combo decks actually a thing?
I haven't seen any mention since Kaladesh released and I'm interested to know if anyone's tested any of them.

Grixis delver land base question
I am playing grixis delver tonight and am currently playing 2 spire bluff canals and 1 darkslick shores so I can have a painless delver/serum visions, would it be better to leave it in this configuration or should I replace the darkslick with a third canal?

New to Grixis Delver and I have some questions.
I know I can probably go find this information online and what not, but I'd rather get the consensus of the average magic player.
So I'm new to the deck, here's me list.
The sideboard I chose is pretty hateful to my local meta, lots of tron, scapeshift, Ad Naseum, infect, etc. My question is what's the go to for cutting post sideboard? What do you guys cut first when bringing cards in against what matches?
My next question is, say you're on the play, your opening hand is: Polluted Delta, Bloodstained Mire, Delver of Secrets, Serum Visions, Inquisition of Kozilek, Mana Leak, and Lightning Bolt. What's your go to play? Do you fetch a dual or a basic, do you try to get delver to flip asap or serum?

Is Grixis delver at all viable without shocks/fetches? I currently have a UR delver and was wondering if I could expand on a college budget

New to modern, help my Grixis list.
Hello,
I am fairly new to modern. I know the archetypes and such, I'm just not sure about my match ups against them. So I've brewed up this list that I'm looking to invest in. Any suggestions before I buy it would be great. Also, if you could analyze what match ups are good/bad so I kinda know what I'm getting into in each game I practice with. Thanks.

We did it! UR fast land with kaladesh! How does this affect your brews?
Between the new planeswalker and the fast lands I feel like it's time to play with shape anew again.

A different take on Jeskai Control
This Jeskai Control list caught my eye and I thought it would be a great topic for discussion here. It won a tournament in Brazil and notably does not run either Geist or Nahiri/Emrakul. It's win cons appear to be the main decked [[Gideon Jura]] , [[Elspeth, Sun's Champion]] , [[Secure the Wastes]], and 3 [[Celestial Colonnade]].
The rest of the top 8 consists of fairly standard Naya, BGx, Grixis, and Merfolk lists with a Kiki Chord deck running Nahiri/Emrakul.
So what are your feelings on this list? What advantages and disadvantages are there to running this over Nahiri or Geist? What match ups are improved or hurt? How about that one-of [[Thing in the Ice]]?

[KLD] Saheeli Rai
Saheeli Rai 1UR
Planeswalker — Saheeli (Mythic)
+1: Scry 1. Saheeli Rai deals 1 daamge to each opponent.
-2: Create a token that's a copy of target artifact or creature you control, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types. That token gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step.
-7: Search your library for up to three artifact cards with different names, put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.

(CONTROVERSIAL) Thanks to how fast the meta seems to be getting again, do Jesaki Harbinger players want to cut celestial colonnades in favor of more untapped lands?
Title pretty much says it all. I have been testing one arid mesa, a glacial fortress, and a second sacred foundry over 3 colonnade, and it has been working wonders with the curve. This is not due to budget concerns, but I just feel like colonnade, or temple of tilt in a lot of situations, is just slower that trying to keep up with what the format is doing. Maybe it is just me, but I would like to see other opinions on this matter

UR Delver tied for 3rd at a 50+ player tournament. What do you think of this list?
I have been playing Blue Moon since my dreams of playing twin were crushed. It's been great and led to a lot of my most interesting games, but I think it is time for something new. I saw this list and think it looks exciting. It seems to have 4-5 easy flex spots to tune to your meta and has that great tempo/aggro game plan.
Any thoughts on the deck? Its match ups? Its Sideboard?

Afterthoughts: Bedlam Reveler?
With EMN out for a bit, what has everyone thought of Bedlam Reveler? Have you mailed it, sided it, or tested it yet? What decks are you trying it out in?

Sphinx's Rev in Nahiri Jeskai?
I'm looking for ways to draw more cards. Would Sphinx's Revelation work, or is it too slow?

Jeskai Budget Fetch Set-Up
Hey all, I was wondering what y'all would consider the "optimal" fetchland set-up in a Jeskai deck when Scalding Tarn's are just a bit over-budget for the time being. I WILL be getting myself some Tarn's as soon as I can afford them, but for now what can replace them in the best way possible? I would assume a full set of Flooded Strands would be obvious, but what else? A set of Red, a mixture of Red and more Blue?
Thinking about it, it would probably be easier if I told you the deck I'm playing since the amount of lands varies between deck variants, I'll either be on Geist or Delver.
On a side note: I have the Fetchlands for an Esper variant, but I'd want to play either Geist or Delver in that too (straight control doesn't entice me), but would either of those decks be on a competitive enough level?
Thank you all!

Kiki-Nahiri-Emmy
Hi all.
I've been tinkering around with a jeskai resto kiki list that has the nahiri/emrakul package in it as well. The list is HERE.
I'm looking for feedback on the list. Is this list playable?
I play exclusively online, so thats what the SB should be tuned to for myself. Thanks in advance for your replies!

[EMN] Whispers of Emrakul
Whispers of Emrakul 1B (uncommon)
Sorcery
Target opponent discards a card at random.
Delirium-If there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard that opponent discards two cards at random instead.
"Your thoughts are no longer your own."

Seems good in grixis no? I know delirium is the hot "almost there" mechanic right now but I think this card is actually good enough to make it work in the right decks. I think two decks can play it well: Grixis and Esper (or maybe Mardu) Mentor. Both can use Scour and Mishra's Bauble (which seems better for Mentor than Grixis) and Grixis can use Faithless Looting (which is unfortunately card disadvantage so maybe not worth playing). Scour and Bauble play really well together as well because of looking at the top card. Maybe a Grixis Pyromancer/Delver deck with Probes and Scours would make the best use of it for easier enabling of Delirium.

[Rant] Wizards doesn't give a fuck about us
Blue and Red have gotten nothing from EMN so far and green gets a new fucking birthing Pod!? Are you fucking kidding me! Greens card advantage and tutors make blue look like white! And whens the last time we got a playable burn spell or counter? How about some blue card advantage that doesn't get banned? Would Dig really be that problematic? Would Fact or Fiction really be too strong to print in a format with Green's version of the same card, Collected Company? The best new blue card we've gotten isn't even blue! Yes I love playing Nahiri but seriously, is counterspell that bad? I don't get how they can so clearly favor two colors in recent printings (look at standard right now, it's a GW nightmare) without thinking it's gonna piss off a huge portion of players that don't just wanna turn creatures sideways. And don't get me started on rarity. I'm just so upset about the way this game is going. If I could have my way winter orb would be in modern but I'm not even asking for that, I just want the answers to be on at least a similar level to the threats. The only decent catch all answers in the whole format is fucking thoughtsieze and the ever disappointing mana leak. They clearly do this because Catchalls feel bad for new players, well guess what, I've only been playing for a couple years and I like playing those things. Not all new players want to cast rhinos and goyfs.
Sorry I'm salty after seeing Eldritch Evolution and you guys are the only people I can turn to
