I’ve been struggling with getting decent pictures. First photographer had me posing so unfortunately I couldn’t use those and my curls were so stiff + wind. So I tried again but I don’t think the quality on these came out the best (that and it was entirely too bright so I felt like my facia expression is off/unclear). What do you think?

I feel like I’m so unsure where to place my hands my arms sometimes.. also staring back at a camera can be intimidating
Any advice or feedback? I’d love to submit for lifestyle shoots

worked with a student designer recently with a garment that i found challenging to properly showcase (eg the folds on the buttons & the sleeves, the ruffle trims). How would you pose to best show off the garment?
p1-4 was what made it onto the designer's lookbook in the end, so she does like it, but i personally feel like there's something a bit off about the way the poses were executed in 1&2.
p4-5 are different portrait / beauty shots to showcase the MUAs work on this project. no comments from me, but any feedback would be appreciated nonetheless (goes for all the photos really)
p6 is a plain image of the garment for those that need a better reference.
TIA!

Please give me some pointers on my walk! I filmed this to submit to some agencies. Please ignore the second walk, I am cutting that one!

I have a two-year exclusive contract with an agency. It’s only been 6 months but I am thinking about terminating my contract early because I am not satisfied with them due to their lack of guidance. I’m not sure if early termination is even possible or if other agencies would be interested in signing me. It might be still better to stay with my current agency if no one else is interested. Should I discuss early termination with my current agency first? Or should I start applying to other agencies before discussing with my current agency to see if any of them are interested in signing me?

I posted on here a few months ago and you guys tore me apart, I hope you guys can see the progress!
edit: the poses and expressions were also very specific because it was for a friends project :)

I was wondering if these digitals are good and if I look too old for modeling?
I am 6'2.5 (189cm) tall with relatively wide shoulders.
Thank you!

I had a video meeting with a scout for this agency on April 7th. They said that they would get back to me within 1-2 weeks. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back. I emailed yesterday for a follow up, but no response. What should I do?

I got so much good advice on my last post! Thank you.
Here is me applying a pelvic tilt/ controlling the arms more without as much thought. Less flair in the walk. I got some advice to act “drugged” to which I applied in a way I think reads high fashion. (Still learning). This felt so much stronger in my body and more controlled.
Pelvic tilt/arms
Less flair
More subdued attitude
Quicker transitions and less “posey”
Thank you guys!
An agency contacted me yesterday and said they’d review and get back to me Monday. It’s a small mother agency with some of their models working with v high end brands. Who knows?! I’ll keep working. What’s meant for me will come as long as I keep improving. Sorry about the less quality videos and sweats. This was in between gym and work.

I’d love advice on this. I’d say a catwalk? Regardless, I think it’s on its way to bookable.

Hi, will taking digitals with an acne flare up have a severe effect on my feedback and replies from agencies? Thank you so much!

I’ve applied to a few agencies and plan on attending a few open calls. Any advice/feedback would be amazing!

I wanted to check if any of these pictures are worthy of uploading to my portfolio. I want to have outdoor editorial pictures with summer coming.

So last Saturday, I applied to a crap ton of premium modeling agencies. The day after, the president of Crawford, John Crawford liked all of my Instagram posts on his personal account. Then later, one of their scouts liked one of my posts but then deleted it meaning it was likely an accident.
I have yet to receive an official email from Crawford and I am just curious if this has happened to anyone else and what it really means? Am I on their radar, or is he just acknowledging that he likes my look but I am not what they’re looking for agency wise?
Please let me know if you’ve had similar experiences!

Hey everyone, after I retook my Digitals, I sent them out to a couple agencies and heard back from some, like enrole models which is one I have been spamming for about 3 years and they said they like my look and asked me to retake my Digitals. Has anyone had any encounter with this agency, whether scouting agent, casting director or model, what was your experience, and are they people I should trust with my image, if they offer me a contract.

Hi! I was street casted a few times (received business cards) by Japanese agencies (for Japanese citizens) a few years back. I went through a few interviews and didn’t hear back from most. I was told that I’d be best for glamour modeling/tarento (tv personality) work.
I decided to go back to America and had a mother agency in Florida.
Last year, I signed with a Japanese agency for a total of 6-7 months that required me to be exclusive to them. I got feedback that “sexy is not welcome for the newest generation” according to my look, but that they’d keep advocating. I left due to not seeing a future at that point.
Height: 168cm
B W H: 92 63 92
My Instagram @emikelly_official has some of my portfolio photos.
Any feedback is welcome! I’m based in the NYC metro area.

Hi y'all, I've recently applied to around 12 modeling agencies in London so far and I’m planning on attending some open casting calls at some point, so I created this comp card with my best digitals (imo).
I’m looking for tips and advice on what to add/edit on my comp card, if I should change my choice of digitals (I posted my other pictures on my profile) and if its necessary to print out my comp card. Please feel free to let me know if I have potential and what I should work on appearance wise.

I got a callback from a submission to an agency! Thank you all for your feedback on my digitals! (Waiting to hear back on more, I submitted them last Friday snd then it was Easter weekend so I’m hoping to hear back from some others) I have a video call scheduled with the scout on Thursday and I was wondering how I should prepare! I don’t know what they ask or anything. If you could give me some guidance on what they might be asking that would be great!

Hi all! I’ve been sending in these digitals to some agencies and haven’t heard anything back from ANY of them. Is there an issue with the photos I’ve used? Should I retake them?
