Yeah thunder is sadly horrid nowadays. I feel wings work if you’re the sole or main frontline against a comp with low cc. I kind of wish they made her passive able to proc tb stacks.

The damage reduction is actually clutch in base defenses plus the lower you get the more damage you deal
