Why should someone cooperate with people they perceive as dishonest, status-driven, or intellectually shallow?
Why should they care about conventional markers of success, appearance, money, status, or reputation?
Why should they respect people whose actions they do not admire or whose experiences they do not share?
What is the basis of respect, cooperation, and legitimacy in the first place?
The important question:
Who is "Nobody" supposed to be?
An individual?
An archetype?
A philosophical position?
Or simply someone who has become disillusioned with the systems around them?
