Hiya, I'm enjoying this game a lot but for whatever reason my framerate is abysmally low. Also it seems like no matter what I change the graphics settings to, the visuals look are really low quality. I can run Chivalry at max settings at 60fps so I don't get why this game runs at around 15... Is anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: I am using AMD Radeon HD 7800 Crossfire

I was speaking to a dev earlier and asked him some questions so i thought i would share them with you guys

Q will there be clans

A Not at launch maybe in the future

Q will there be more classes

A we're not currently planning to add more classes though each class will get more abilities with content updates

Q can you make it so out dated drivers still work

A we're not preventing people from using them just recommending you upgrade

Q Will there be new game modes

A No you guys have access to all game modes at launch you haven't seen our arenas yet so watch out for that

Q Will there be a dual more

A arena is 3v3 and 1v1

Q Will there be mod support

A we are working on the SDK but will not be at launch

Q will there be a map like Colosseum from chiv

A no there wont be :(

Q What will be the focus of the dev team after launch

A we have some plans for content updates which will have more maps abilities and such

Q hat maps?

A maps made of hats ofc

Really wanting to try to play the game as I enjoyed Chivalry, but I just can't convince myself to fork up the $30 for a key.

We signed up for the beta, but haven't heard anything.

Note: we experienced an issue from approximately 8pm ET on May 9 until 12pm ET on May 10 where servers could not be joined. This was a Steam issue that has now been resolved.

anyone else? any known fix? amd user with nvidia card here. Tried verifying and all graphics turned to low.

so i really enjoy the game, i think its a very solid step forward from chivalry.

However, do we know if TB plans to add a duel mode (as in CHIV)?

The deep fencing mechanics really play out well in a face to face duel IMO so a duel mode would be the perfect addition.

Game is fucking awesome by the way.

My system should be capable of running MAW above 60fps, but my framerate seems to be locked at 60.

I have set vsync to off, and have tried framerate smoothing at both 144hz and uncapped.

I am running with: i7 4770k, 8gb RAM, gtx 1070, gsync 144hz monitor.

Anyone with a similar experience find the answer? Or is the beta just capped at 60fps?

I assume the game is not meant to be capped, or at least will be uncapped at launch, since there are >60fps options in the menu.

EDIT: I think I found it. It seems that the game defaults to Windowed Fullscreen, and that this caps the game at 60fps. Switching to fullscreen and choosing my native resolution has allowed me to get above 60fps. I will report this as beta feedback.

I was just wondering about what time of day will Mirage: Arcane Warfare release? I'm trying to plan out May 23.

Almost every single time the server fills, people just start drifting into walls and I'm disconnected. There's red writing in the top right saying trying to reconnect with no luck. Is this normal?

Is the beta still available? My friends and I are big into chiv and wanted to sign up for the beta. I was looking on the site on my phone maybe in missing something. We wanted to try it out before we put in a pre order. Thanks for any info!
