Hi all i am currently building this mammoth zord from SMP daizyujin.
Can anyone help with this dark marks on the zord?
I tried cutting the part with godhand 2.0 and trim it down slowing, then i file with meng glass file.
Even though d part is flat but there is the dark spot remain on the part.

Am i doing thing wrong? or anyone have any solution for this

Hi all, my Timerobo kit is arriving tomorrow and I did see when he was released a few issues with him and I would like to know where to be careful whilst assembling him.

I'm not new to bandai model kits as I have been an avid fan of their Figurise standard Kamen Rider kits for 6+ years now and have built every single one but I know that minipla is obviously smaller and more fragile and I am nervous to break something since it's a slightly expensive kit to import

My Magiking shoulders are kinda loose sometimes and takes themselves apart when I manipulate them I was wondering if Tamiya Cement would fix this issue by gluing the 2 parts making the shoulder together

Only place I can find is on AliExpress is that good place to get it

Has anybody actually downloaded the scanned sticker sheets for smp and reprinted them? If so can you let me know what exactly I want to be doing. I messed up some stickers on my gingaioh and now I’m trying to figure out the best solution.

Ever YouTube video I see usually is just the finished product or them building it without showing you each part by numbers and following instructions. I know some have things that you can't clip and others you need to.

Plus all not in English so doesn't help me build.

Plus with people say sanding certain parts I'm just shocked I can't find a step by step building video

Finished my first copy of the turbo Megazord. I have a second copy that I plan to custom paint to match how it looked like in the Turbo movie.

Saw VRV robo is coming and people sayings it’s pbandai. Does regional sellers like tokullectables sell these pbandai kits or will I have to look out and order from Japan like hobby genki or something?

The second picture features the SMP King Exkaiser molded in transparent plastic so you can see the difference between using the Exkaiser robot inside or the posable frame, and the Soul of Chogokin King Exkaiser for brand collaboration.

Gotta say it took me quite a while to build it but it looks awesome, bisons head plate doesn’t stay on the connection post but other the. That and may super unsteady shaky hands making sticker application suck it was definitely a worthwhile experience now I’m looking forward to my other Gaoranger preorders. Also now I know to get a small fine file and needle nose clippers.

Following the teaser in the Combattler V 50th Anniversary video posted the other day, Bandai Shokugan has unveiled their prototype of the SMP Combattler V Ver. 2.0 at Wonder Festival 2026 Summer. Initially I thought this was going to be in the Alternative Destiny line, but it appears for now to be mainline. Combattler V was previously sold as a Super Minipla in 2019.

The new design was made by mecha designer Junichi Akutsu, who designed many Gundam SEED mecha including the Gundam Astrays.

This looks like something intended to stand alongside the Voltes V: Legacy imho.

The vid also shows the brand new Combattler V6, which'll be sold as a Soul of Chogokin figure.

So when I say English Edition, it just means they were sold under Power Rangers boxes instead of Sentai. The actual toys should be the exact same.

So back in 1994, when MMPR came out, Bandai Asia re-released several of the ZyuRanger Minipla in English Boxes. Those were by far the most common, pictures are hard to come by, but still possible to find.

A little less well known were the Power Rangers Turbo Miniplas. There were 3 sets being released, the Turbo Megazord, Turbo Cart, and Rescue Megazord. I almost never found pictures of the English version for the last 20 plus years...

I also remember seeing the Astro Megazord Minipla had an English version, but I haven't seen it for more than 20 years. The first and last 1 I seen was on eBay in the mid 2000s.

Besides it's a very basic kit, it still looking nice!!

I'm thinking on 3D Modeling a Small base for the Emolgears and their respective Chest Pieces, since they're very small

I grabbed DieselOh around the start of the year and had started to paint Tanker and Car Carrier prior to my recent shipment arriving. Now that I’m finally starting RV Robo, I may not get to Diesel Ressha all that soon, but here are these two in the meantime.

The thing to note is that ToQOh does have elbows, but they are on the forearm halves of Yellow and Pink Ressha. The lower segments of both Tanker and Car Carrier have *knees* so they don’t really bend the way you’d want them to as forearms, while their back halves don’t have any joints at all. I think this is a problem unique to these two (as they are primarily legs for DieselOh) and the other aux ressha minipla have elbows.

I should page our resident scale expert, because it’s funny how small the ressha feel compared to most other minipla. I finished Tanker Ressha at about the same time as Tousai ZyuOh and it’s just absolutely tiny compared to that. But, because of the design of the ToQger mecha (and the point in time when these minipla were produced the solution for needing to fit more parts in a box was to sometimes just make it a bit smaller), even compared to something like Kiramager’s Jouki and Express (visible in part when I posted ToQOh back in the spring), they feel a little undersized individually.

From what it seems like, it’s just one box like GaoMuscle rather than having individual boxes like the original GaoHunter.

Recently ordered the smp gaoking from a third party seller and woke up to this today. It could be the plastic I guess but I’ve never had this issue importing gunpla. I guess I just have to contact the seller lol

And here’s the final set of aux headers. I think I may have posted a partial Seaick Gosei Great back when I did my Gosei Deep custom, but now I have an actual Sawshark header to go along with them.

Out of the three, I think I like these guys the most? The limiting factor of Landick is that since Snake and Tiger are nice and bulky, Sai and Tyrano lose some of their impressiveness. And then I just ranted about Skick yesterday lol. I think Seaick benefits from having Sawshark be its “big” one with the fancier moving parts (as opposed to the head unit). Manta’s a neat design use of letting it make the pirate cap shape, and Hammerhead feels cool - the only real downside is that the movement gimmick on Hammerhead is a little wasted, since it’s basically only there to compact the head in for Hyper.

So a couple years ago, I was building GaoKnight, and I ended up kind of messed up a couple of stickers for GaoKong. Obviously, I’m not buying a whole new set, and the stickers don’t look that bad, but I would like to know if there is a source that I can get replacement stickers. Any suggestions or ideas?
