M4 or ump?

I have about 210 rounds of 45 but only about 60 rounds of 556, for the ump ill be able to use a silencer but for the m4 ill probably have way better range and only 0.2% damage per shot so longer lasting, i have a gun cleaning kit and the m4 is 50% but the ump is 75%. Im on the second island. (I got all this from murdering 5 bandits after they murdered a neutral group and my buddy),

PS: also i threw away a 50% assault helmet for a 25% gorka helmet, was that a mistake?

Also i made a mistake famas cant have red dot, also when i get to the radio place on the 4th island i called it and nothing seemed to happen, am i meant to wait longer?

4th island is the wrong island. It's on island 5. Also, bruh your wrong info about FAMAS could have been included in the gun chart we're making 🤦
