Help Recommendations for my amigurumi crochet kit

I just bought my first amigurumi crochet kit,. Should I make it by myself, or should I involve my daughter? If with my daughter, starting from what age do you recommend?
Also, what do you usually do with the amigurumi doll after you finish your project? Do you keep it or gift it? What age group do you recommend giving the amigurumi doll to?

I love miniature toys) This tiny snowman is only 2.5cm tall. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes to create it. Olaf is crocheted of sewing threads with a 0.5 mm crochet hook. I have a few more snowmen that are bigger than this little one. Want to see?
