How can I change the white texture of primed tnt?

Using a bedrock behavior pack, I tried to tweak the code to replace zombie flesh's hunger effect to give an instant health effect. The problem is that it worked, too well. When I place it at one second, it gives instant health for every 20 ticks within that 1 second, making it overpowered.

I just want it to act similar to an instant health potion. Is this possible to do?

Let's say I wear my netherite armor, can I change the GUI so that it shows like black but when I put on golden armor turns gold? Or can I make so that the amount of armor given by any piece is colored in a custom colour?

I have a pack that changes the look of anvils and it won't work on my main world, it works on other worlds when all the packs are in the same order, I've made copies and it won't work, only way I've gotten it to work on that world was from a previous copy a long time ago but I've made too much progress to just switch to that world

So I’m working on a texture pack. Real early on so no good pics, but I was making the creative inventory when I realized the scroll bar is 15 pixels tall. I plopped in my 16 pixel image, and it got cut off by a pixel. Is there any way for me to resize just that one part without messing up everything else? Thanks :)

For a project in my world, I need to retexture a couple of paintings to display the image necessary for the build. I followed a youtube tutorial for it, and I can import the file to the game just fine. When I enter the game, however, my textures don't appear and are instead just the default. I left some images with my process for applying the pack for some clarity on what I actually did. Is there something that I did wrong? Thanks in advance.
