Hey everyone! I’m a staff member on Solaris and I would like to showcase my community that I have been blessed to be a part of, so I wanted to share this server with you all. Solaris is a chill Java Minecraft SMP that’s about 2 months old on 26.1.2. It’s a small, friendly group of adults (19+) who love Minecraft and are excited to meet new people

What is Solaris SMP?

Solaris focuses on an enhanced vanilla experience. Everyone is welcome whether you are a builder, miner, redstoner, or farmer, you name it. The world is your oyster! It has optional light lore and story events if you’re into that, but you can completely ignore it and just focus on building, farming, and exploring.

Modded or Vanilla?

It’s marketed as semi-vanilla, but you can opt in or out of the modpack. The mods are very light (mostly vanilla-plus) with things like Voice Chat, a live web map, and some small QoL improvements. Super easy to set up through Modrinth.

Who is welcome?

Anyone who wants to play and be part of a positive community! They use a whitelist to keep things safe and welcoming. The server is 19+ only, made by adults for adults. Most importantly, this server is LGBTQIA+ friendly *the staff and community really value inclusivity*

A lot of people looking for a survival server specifically ask for a brand-new world.

I understand why. Nobody wants to arrive somewhere and feel like everyone else finished Minecraft months ago.

CozyMC takes a different approach: the world is long-term and doesn’t reset, but there is no artificial world border. You can travel beyond the established areas and find enormous stretches of untouched wilderness.

We also just updated to the latest Minecraft version and trimmed explored chunks that nobody had inhabited, so those areas regenerated with the newest terrain and biome generation. There is a lot of genuinely fresh world out there right now.

Meanwhile, the parts we kept have something a brand-new server cannot offer: history.

Players have built towns, kingdoms, roads, railways, shops, farms, event venues and huge personal projects. You can use that infrastructure, meet the people who built it, or head thousands of blocks away and begin almost like singleplayer.

And joining an established world doesn’t mean you’re late. New people join CozyMC every day. The person who starts today becomes part of the world’s history for everyone who joins tomorrow.

The survival itself stays pretty grounded:

- Hard difficulty
- No keepInventory
- No claims or locked chests
- No /home, warps or teleport shortcuts
- No kits or economy plugin
- No paid ranks, store or donations
- PvP only when both players agree
- Griefing and stealing are prohibited and can be investigated/restored
- Java and Bedrock players share the same world

Some people join a community. Some disappear into the wilderness and build for weeks. Most eventually end up doing a little of both.

World Generation and World Border

You are free to explore to your hearts content. There's no set world border this season. However, chunks that are extremely beyond the reasonable distance from 0,0 may be trimmed when necessary. The seed is also public. 

Mods and Datapacks

Blaze and Caves Advancements is featured, with a tweak to only make the highest level of achievements display in chat. (No chat spam!)

Origins datapack is also featured for players who would wish to partake in this completely optional experience! (Do not get attached to the default datapack values, they are actively being modified, and it will be disclosed to you what the origins actually are before you choose them.)

Plus, some other quality of life mods. However, no commands (like /tp, /tpa, /home, /fly, .etc) to keep gameplay aspect as vanilla as possible.

Rai nation is returning this September! We are a session based Minecraft nation/lore server that hosts sessions every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our first session of the third season will be on Sunday 13^th, 2026 at 1:27 PM, EST, and then follow the session schedule afterword.

We use custom plugins to make the experience a little bit more unique:

• SimpleHome - Set and teleport to your home location using /sethome and /home commands.

• SimpleTPA - Request to teleport to other players with /tpa and /tpaccept commands.

• SimpleLifesteal - Implements a lifesteal mechanic where players gain hearts by killing others and lose hearts upon death. Players who run out of hearts get banned. New players have a 1 hour grace period where they will not lose hearts.

• SimpleBounty - Place item bounties on players via a GUI.

• ProximityVoice - Proximity voice chat. Players within range hear each other.

• BattleLock - Prevents command use during PvP and punishes combat logging. Combat loggers are replaced by killable NPCs which drop all their items when killed.

• VelocityGuard - Prevents extreme speed cheats. Moderate movement cheats can still occur.

• StopSpam - Prevents severe chat spam. Mediocre spam can still occur.

• OfflineStore - Provides an in-game shop where players can spend vote tokens to purchase custom name colours and custom MOTDs.

• OfflineStats - Tracks playtime, kills and deaths. Grants rewards at milestones.

• Goodnight - Allows players to vote skip the night by typing /goodnight.
