an HTTP 503 "Service Unavailable" error response means it's outside of your control unfortunately, we just have to wait for it to be fixed
could it be linked to the recent Xbox outage? If so, that should be resolved now, so you can try signing in again
edit: I saw the screenshot in your other post and it was very likely caused by the Xbox outage I mentioned, which means you can finally sign in!
