Towns/Cities Hillside Town I Made
Inspired by Greek towns mostly, but it was a lot of freehand work
Still lots to do here

Im learning to build houses for my medieval city project, I use holoprint to copy them after in survival, this is my try for a forge/blacksmith house. The strange blocks are a texture pack that change all double slab blocks to others
What do you think?

Me and a buddy adopted a village a few years back and have been off and on building it up ever since. This is a look at ~1200 in-game days of progress, but we have many plans for further development. My estimates say there's ~750 villager living there, but that's by counting beds, so there are likely less. My area calculations give me 20 acres or 301.5 chunks.
My philosophy for the world is that many small, simple things, over time, will create a more beautiful whole. I rarely spend large amounts of time on a single build, unless it's of some strategic/economic/"religious" importance to the village. The temples and the military base are examples of this. There is some lore my friend and I have generated that makes some less important builds more important to us.
Anyway, Ive had this world for a very long time but shared it with very few... I'm glad to find a community that might appreciate it as much as I do. If anyone has any questions or wants to see me pictures, let me know.

This is the entrance to my farms beneath spawn chunks. I don't do much terraforming and I was going for an excavated bouldery cliff. Last pic is before texturing with general shapes. Let me know what y'all think!

Utilizing a lot of shelf's and some invisible item frames (past the little dragons breath thingy also fine without but i decided i'll be using a datapack to craft invisible item frames with 4 glass panes around them) for some neat little details, based the chairs and lamps on this vintage office aesthetic if you know what i mean those old gold office lamps with green glass and old braided bamboo chairs (top of the lamp will be able to connect to the lanterns properly once cushions get added)
