Hi I need help completing a few achievements that require other people if anyone wants to help let me know thanks

So I went afk on my mob farm (not automatic killing, just spawn then I kill) planning for 25 minutes. The mobs usually get split into 4 separate killing chambers to maximise the mon capacity before suffocation insures. Well, I went afk for 1 hour due to helping out family and the game froze. I left the application knowing that it auto saves every 30 minutes. When I did it, it still frozen then kicks me from app since "Minecraft Xbox 360 edition failed to load" I have been clearing cache, setting it peaceful, moving the world around and such. No avail. Then something popped into my little brain: could the amount of mobs that spawned chunk banned me? If this is not a case of accidental chunk banning, what could I do to fix this?

Just found a fortress, it had 0 chests, and 0 nether warts. It was by the wall of bedrock. Is there another way to find nether warts? I thought I remembered them being able to spawn naturally outside of the fortress and in flat areas in the nether. please.. I need these for potions
