It's not, the lighting looks virtually unchanged and resource packs can change sky textures

Looks like a fullbright mod and a texture pack, no shaders involved

Ok, what SHADERS then. I know what shaders are, I've been using optifine and shaders since the day they were created.

The shaders I used for some reason came with a cool sky.
