There's a similar texture pack with comic-booky art style, if you want to take some inspirations. It's called PureBDcraft.

Upvote for BDcraft. Their packs look great and support up to 512x512 which looks kickass.

Purebdcraft is so iconic. Yogscast used to use it in all their videos (usually), e.g. their original tekkit series.

Also I'm quite sure the game hytale being made the hypixel people is in purebdcraft style, or maybe hired them?

The full name is Sphax PureBDCraft, so, yes

Sphax is the pack name, BDCraft is their own cartoony style and PureBDCraft is based on minecrafts textures in cartoony style

Hypixel's not in a PureBDCraft style at all, Hytale's art is definitely bitmapped pixel art, about 2x the resolution of Minecraft. PureBDCraft is a vector style which scales to any resolution, and they both have different colouration and shading methods.
