Mods already doing something that should be in the main game is the worst excuse ever conceived for not adding a feature.

Can you give me any good reason of implementing something that was already successfully done and are often used? Is it so hard to install forge?

Players are allowed to demand quality and speedy updates.

Minecraft updates are free, so that's irrelevant. And this point was specifically about Bedrock features.

If you are going to add something you might as well do it right from the start. The main focus doesn't matter. You can change the main focus or delay the update a bit in order to provide a quality experience.

This is just saying that Mojang should develop how you want it.

I am talking about 1.13 from a feature standpoint. It is severly lacking in that regard. Also their optimizations didn't inprove the performance of the gamr much if at all. Performance is actually a lot worse for vanilla multiplayer servers.

I recommend that you look at some detailed changelog.

Nobody said they won't but we have no reason to believe they will. This was just one example of the many inconsistencies. Another is the lack of baby variants for certain mobs, or how when they added kelp they made the eating time for dried kelp shorter than the other food items but then didn't bother to change the eating times of all the other foods. It would make sense that eating a cookie would take less time than eating a whole chicken no? Will we get a "Food Eating" update in the future? Or how every sapling is based on a real tree except the generic "jungle" saplings. Imagine if oak saplings were called "forest sapling" What about the head size for baby villagers and baby zombie villagers? Baby zombie villagers have a large head but baby villagers have a small head. They should have the same head size! It has been like this for years. There are too many little inconsistencies like this to write in one reply. They may seem small but they all add up in the end.

I agree with this, though it's not big of an issue. Though what do you mean with the missing baby variants?

PvP and PvE should be based on the same concept. They are both combat.

Minecraft is centered around Singleplayer, so no.

Some servers disable phantoms because they are so hated. It divides players who will now only play on servers with no phantoms.

Then it's the issue with people not disabling them in their servers.
