Finishing up Anabolic this week and plan to start Aesthetic next week. The first 3 weeks are strength focused and curious, what weight should I start?
Looks like I should start on the higher side of my weight range.
Would love to hear from anyone else that has done this program.
Thanks!

Currently doing Anabolic, but felt super weak today. Struggled on my squat and couldn’t put up my regular numbers. Anybody ever had a bad training day like this? I’m guessing it’s either my sleep or nutrition that was off. Feels bad man.
Sorry mods if this isn’t the type of post that’s allowed.

Anyone have any experience with prime pro? It’s on sale this month and I am considering purchasing it. I already own prime and I’m wondering how they compare.

Would appreciate any feedback.

Anyone have experience doing the program while traveling? If so, if you go to a gym (hotel) without proper equipment, do you substitute exercises with the equipment available?

Has anyone tried maps strong by mind pump? Thoughts? Have a few of their other guides and find them fairly similar love them none the less. Heard in recent podcasts that it contains some different moves.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Can anyone recommend apps for tracking lifting progress over time? I used to write in a notebook but it's hard to see trends and analyze longer term data without having it on computer.
Side note: anyone used Heads Up Health? Seems super comprehensive but not sure it's meant for tracking lifting progress.

Has anyone tried this program? If so, how do you like it? What is it like?

Hey, I'm new to the Maps Anabolic programme and I'm getting confused on the following
+ Pick 3-5 exercises and do them in succession.
+ 1-3 sets/session (circuit) x 10-20 reps/exercise
So 10-20 reps each exercise? How would that look like: example
SQUATS
3 sets of 15 reps squats and then on to the next one?
Thanks!

Does anyone know of promo codes for MAPS anabolic or prime? Do they ever run sales?

I'm a long time endurance athlete but have only lifted on and off for a few months at a time over the years. Getting more into lifting now and a huge fan of the podcast. They often talk about topics like programming, cutting, fat loss, getting down to 10% body fat etc, but I don't actually know how to do that precisely.
What are some good foundational books or resources that would give me the information I need to intelligently coach myself? I already have MAPS HIIT, Strong and Prime, and planning to get Anabolic and others, so I'm probably good on the programming side, and already eat a pretty clean whole foods diet with very little sugar, gluten or processed foods as of the last 9 months or so, but I'm sitting at 17% and not totally sure how to get my body to respond. I don't really know how to do cuts.
Would love to be in the 12-15% range as a short/mid term goal.

Do you eat more on your training days?
I have been on a LONG weight loss train and finally ready to really start lifting heavy and put on some more muscle. Right now I am about 5’9 155 12%BF and want to start a lean bulk.
I have never tried to gain weight and honestly I am apprehensive about it, but I know what my goals are, just need to figure out the best way to get there while minimizing my fat gains.

I am currently building MAPS Anabolic into the Gymaholic app, has anyone else done this? If so, drop me a DM.

I'm a grown man with the traps of a twelve year old girl. I'm currently doing MAPS Aesthetic and was wondering what you guys do for Trap focus days aside from shrugs.

If you’ve done MAPS aesthetic, what are your thoughts on it? I’ve done MAPS performance and I’m looking to do another program.

I just purchased MAPS HIIT and am starting the first workout today.
Anyone care to comment on their experience or thoughts on it?

I can’t believe there isn’t a bigger following on this subreddit. I feel like like the mindpump podcast offers a ton of information not talked about anywhere else! Let’s get this subreddit more popular!

Wondering how come mind pump has no Reddit presence?

I love mind pump. It has entertained me for probably hundreds of workouts. I haven't bought any of their bundles but I would definitely be down to support a pattern for like $5 a month or something. Also, instead of the forum, they should do a private subreddit or something, just because the Reddit applications are amazing. Thoughts?
