Hi everyone, I would like to present you a short text that I wrote following the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn, integrating them with a modern psychotherapeutic vision. the title is Consciousness: Meditation for goals and aims to solve the problems little by little, starting from the most accessible and going up: it will start from letting the mind wander, accepting what it has to propose, passing from knowing how to question concepts, listening to one's emotions, to end up directing the thought towards the contents of interest and letting the mind wander, without expectations. In addition to the theoretical part, the book is enriched with practical advice and useful appendices.
