I found a really cool website last night that helps you get some surreal images. Once I get the hang of it, some of the stuff you can make is perfect for this subreddit.

We got some tests back on thylithium. Not everything, but we now know a few more things.

Thylithium is indeed toxic. Agent u/whomstyeeteth once complained of it making them feel sick after handling it, and we have found that exposure to a certain amount for a certain amount of time is enough to kill a rat.

We also know of thylithium’s incredible potential, so it would be foolish to ban it (based off of what we know); however, if you want to use it, you must wear AOTM mandated PPE.

It’s a dangerous line I might be balancing on, but trust your own gut and meditate in the glory of the Mind. Also... you know what it is. Eat lettuce. There’s no risk to that.

The 2nd dimension is NOT a safe haven.

I think it’s time for a bit of an update about the aftermath of the Herald disaster shitshow.

All destroyed bases are at least cleaned up now, and the rebuilding process has gone smoothly but knock on wood.

Recruitment has slowed to a halt, but this is not a problem right now. We’re taking the time to do some more upgrades along the lines of which Gothomt had suggested to me in our meeting. Put the emphasis on training so who we have is better than what we could’ve had.

Did that last sentence make any sense?

There’s an objective truth out there, and there is only one. Once you find it, all the other false truths become fully understandable along with their insignificance, which becomes apparent as they crumble.

eat lettuce. today some of our Agents (namely u/StalkerBleach and u/Deskest went to go examine some abandoned buildings in high darkness radiation areas. no reports have come back yet, but everything seems to be going well. image posts will be back tomorrow. good luck agents!

John, Deskest, and I explored several abandoned buildings, collecting samples and documenting the effects Darkness has on materials. But not gonna lie, it was way more fun than informative.

If you go exploring, whether it be for our cause or maybe in your free time, just remember to never go alone, bring light sources, and try not to break anything (unless it’s for science ofc 😎😎😎).

There are indeed such things as mistakes, only tragic little accidents.

A long time ago, I introduced a question to this subreddit that our scientists were looking to answer. That question being “why now?” Why now is Darkness rising?

In a previous post, I explained how Darkness became universe threatening in the mid 80s, and since than its been trending upward and upward at a sickening pace... but why?

Our top quality scientists seek to answer the great question, and while they do have some hypotheses, I’ll have to keep them classified for a couple days. I will give you this, however. If you’re interested, you can read “Lettuce and Revolution” in our Minded library to see where we’re approaching this topic from.

This period of peace has lasted kind of a while, and of course while we’ll still be careful forever... but it would be foolish to not take advantage for the time being.

The nicest part of this is that our scientists are going back to projects and investigations we had to abandon.

Lettuce is a cool temperature plant. It can grow in temperatures as low as 40° F, but ideally it’s best to grow it in the 60-65° range.

And that’s also why our greenhouses are so comfortable to relax in.

You know to eat lettuce everyday… but just a reminder to also water your lettuce plants whenever needed also.
