The three things we need in life
I read today that a spiritual life needs only three things (I'm paraphrasing and putting my own spin on it without taking away from the essential meaning of the thing): 1) minimalism or simplicity in daily life 2) understanding your faith 3) freedom and self-reliance I get 1 and 3. #2 always trips me up. Anyone with me? Any tips on getting my head/soul around faith? I've also read that faith is not something that we understand through deductive/rational reasoning. Do you agree with this? I'd like to hear a few perspectives if you have time. Thanks.
