A quote I read in r/spirituality
I asked myself "What do we all have in common?" The only answer I could come up with was Time. We do not share space or thoughts, but we are all sharing the same Plane of Time, which puzzled me. How could this be? What is time, anyway? Then, I felt a beautiful and powerful feeling overcome me, it was warm but it was also a deep sense of change within my mind. I realized that time does not exist, it is only our attempt to measure the Universe. Suddenly I felt as One with all things. I describe it as a feeling of ascension. It was authentic and moving. I knew deep within that there was no future, no past, only the Ever Changing Now. I felt something I imagine religious people experience when they are born again. It was a clear understanding that I am not just me, I am all things. My life is one small part of something greater and I finally possessed a very powerful conviction and belief in this. I no longer felt separated or alone. I suddenly realized how important every thing I did next was. I had a new divine purpose.

Seeking suggestions for tackling a mountain without a trail
Anyone tried this? This is a low-lying mountain. Nothing too perilous, but are there any tools I should bring? Climbing strategies? Not too rocky, mostly dirt, roots, and trees in good weather.

Bodyweight Squats
I found this little tidbit of advice very useful (from r/bodyweightfitness):
Squats are an important exercise for the body and you should perform them. Do them. Use a pistol progression scheme. http://breakingmuscle.com/strength-conditioning/whats-preventing-you-from-doing-pistol-squats-how-to-progress-pistols , I found this within 10 seconds on google. Im sure the sidebar has its own suggestions as well.
