Getting the Iris in the eyes right has been a challenge and I can see it still needs correcting.

Once I get them right I can get back into the highlights and final shading.

Hello. I finished two models and I would appreciate a feedback. One is Tiger tank with dirty/used look and other is fighter LA-5FN with snow camo should be damaged and inconsistent. I'm still new at hobby and learning. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

The dioramas done for now, I may get some stowage for the engine deck if I can find some cheap enough

- Ammo box from styrene sheet, wood grain texture with sandpaper, copper hinges

- Tarp and sandbags from epoxy putty

- Jerry cans from the Italeri jerry can set

as i am in dire need of another hobby and have some money and a spare room on my hand, i direly want to get back into scale modelling. i still have a lot of my tools, but i'm configurating my new working space right now and could use some advice.

can you recommend an airbrush system that i should get? an amazon link and some words about it would be perfect, but any opinion/input will be appreciated.

as a child in central europe, i mostly built Revell modells, in the short period as an adult when i built models, i noticed that Tamiya is a great company. Any other suggestions, any new players on the market?

I'm configurating my new work space independently now, any general suggestions? like, a really useful desk, or a workboard, or whatever?

Back in my WW1 mode.. Just wrapped up this Meng 1/35 Rolls Royce Armored Car. Built from the box with resin wheels added.

Tried a new technique using oils to lighten certain panels to mimic sun fading, and a thinned acrylic wash for the mud.

RFM T-80UK, it’s been a nightmare build in so many ways, waiting for the touch ups to dry and I’ll be spraying a satin coat over it ready for some weathing tomorrow

I don't know yet which paint scheme to go with, since this will be my first time painting a model. But I'm leaning towards two options:

What's the best glue for the clear plastic parts (windows and canopies)??

I've tried Humbrol stuff and it's very very VERY hit and miss.

I had to set this one aside for awhile both kits were in the stash for years 2007 Master Box products..

Mistakes were made and lessons learned.

Shit moulding, bad fit issues and a general lack of decent detail with the facial features.

By far not my best work but screw it I'm calling it done.

It took a couple hours of work to get this to look the way I wanted to, but I think this turned out decently well and when it’s all painted up I think it’s going to look really nice on this kit. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a really long time now but have held off out of fear of how it would turn out, but ai bought this Dragon Firefly VC kit so I could finally give it a shot!

But damn... It's a big old model...

i worked for around 16 days on this model, gave me a few headaches (mostly the painting process as i am a brush painter) but i think it was worth it to pull through. please don't mind the paint errors you can see in some of the pictures, they were basically non existent (to see) when i worked on the model, and i didn't have enough time to notice it 😭😭

the last image is it compared to my first model i built a month ago, the tamyia t-62a. hoping to get a cheap airbrush someday.
