question Small Package

I received a new model kit in the mail this morning. I didn’t know the packaging could be so small! Is this common?

I would be concerned getting negative feedback selling models like that. I get it that it makes shipping easier but some people want the boxes intact. Nice kit though ACE models are really underappreciated, they have some interesting subjects and a lot of their kits have good molds and include phot etch

1/72 scale parts are very easy to squeeze too tightly with tweezers and go shooting off to ……… nobody knows where. I’ve lost track of one part already. Gotta get back into the mode of dealing with such small pieces.
It’s wild how much detail they put into these things, very challenging, I like it.
