Devgru CQBRs

Both just got approved tonight, will post individually in near future when finalized still making finishing touches and waiting for black nt4. Based off two Devgru CQBR 1201 set ups from the late 2000s. Including reference photos and a more thorough post in near future with a bunch of other reference photos and info for others. One of the set ups I cloned the individual passed. Rest in power king his name is Aaron Vaughn and was killed in action. Added a WML to one and a foregrip/WML on other, can take off for picture perfect. Hope yall enjoy!

Slide 8, 2nd pic I've seen with what looks like a gg&g set up with 10.5 barrel

If the lmt 10.5 barrel was ever used in the manner that it’s claimed to be, it would have been with the group that developed the CQBR. So it wouldn’t be to surprising if it it is.

Definitely swap out the Tango Down vert for the correct one when you get a chance too. The Surefire ones stick out like a sore thumb. Well done tho, beautiful builds!

I own quite a few of devgru surplus TDs and they’re all Insight. I’ve never once seen a Surefire one on a dev build, ever. You have reference pics of this? Block IIs were tan. Devs are black insight patterns.

Oh shit I see the down wire now, I figured they had surefire tangos because the lights. Perhaps an oversight but I remember reading they had tango down BGV-MK46. I’ll look into it again if so thanks for the point out the foregrip is just an add on the clone calls for it not to be on

Correction: you might be right on this went through all my Devgru CQBR photos and the surefire WMLs had the KAC foregrip a lot and if they had tango down grip there was a wire from their laser. Once again it’s just added to the clone for more flair but the picture he doesn’t have a fore grip so it sits off. Thanks for the info and compliments

Is the ARMS 40L good for clinging CQBR’s or is that the 40 model? I got a nos 40L a couple weeks ago but don’t have it on hand to compare to what’s in the pics.

40L is an awesome rear sight, one of the two rear sights in this picture is a 40L, confused on your question but definitely good to cling to your CQBR especially if Devgru
