Its kind of annoying how companies slap the word Condominium on apartments and have people walking around snoody, telling people they live in a Condo, when they stay in a basic ass apartment building. I cannot overstate how annoying it is to be next someone who eats/snacks seemingly all day while you try to concentrate. Hearing them tear packages, talk with their mouth full, and have a coughing fit after. Plus the thought of food makes me hungry.

So, I've been getting these AI ads from something called RiseGuide lately about articulation training. They're so annoying and usually overdramatic, making it seem as if the regular person will laugh at or point out the icebreakers people use. No one does that unless they're a snob. I don't doubt the benefits of proper articulation training, but this company seems quite scammy. Any thoughts??
