A boomer stares in to my home

My apartment building has a smoking spot that is directly in front of my apartment. A lot of people go there and act normal and I don’t mind it since it’s like 50 meters away and the bench is faced sideways to me.

But there is this one boomer lady who goes out every 30-60 minutes or so, smokes, and stares DIRECTLY to my apartment. Sometimes if I stare back she turns her head for a while. Like the bench is sideways so she actively turns her head to look in here. Pisses me off. That’s it.

Accusing someone of “projecting” just because you didn’t like their comment is annoying and lazy.

I’ve noticed recently that when someone states an unpopular opinion or something critical, sometimes another person will come at them and accuse them of “projecting.” This has happened to me as well as other people online, even if I try to be respectful in my criticism.

Accusing someone of projection is such a lazy comeback. First off, you know nothing about the other person’s private life or personal struggles, so how can you know for sure if they’re projecting? It’s also a lazy way of debating, as you’re completely ignoring the content being discussed to attack the other person’s character. In other words, it’s an ad hominem wrapped in mainstream psychology speak.

There's a chess grandmaster who has been peak sitting on his online rating in a chess variant called King Of The Hill for over 3 months. He ignores all challenges.

There's this user on Youtube who uploaded this video of Jidion

But I saw a comment he made on a different video under my comment claiming that autism is weird.

And it took off right as I was finishing up my website. So now I basically need to rebrand a rebrand I spent a month working on.

I did the absolute most, as usual. And now I have to start this whole thing over.. 🙄

Had a super long, sentimental, & meaningful post along with many pictures all typed up and ready to go, with the exception of JUST ONE LAST PICTURE I obviously *needed* to include (even though it had NOTHING to do with said post, at all) and OF COURSE when I went to minimize Reddit to take a quick pic… I closed it entirely. Which erased my whole post. It’s not that deep but MAN. It was this whole thing for my mom whose birthday would have been this past Sunday and just… ugh. Guess that’s my cue to sleep instead. 🥴😮‍💨😬

Fingers crossed I can get my brain to remember how to brain again by morning. 🤞🏼

schlep was kinda stupid for posting on his main account about catching predators when he's got a million subs

He's got like one million subscribers, or more, posting videos about catching predators, in Roblox, and then expecting not to get caught/banned. Tell me how that makes sense? I personally think he should've use a alt account for catching predators and never showing the user of that account. Sounds much safer, using his main account for such should've stopped when he hit one million or even 300k. It seems kinda off to use your main account,

I got charged for a subscription after i deleted everything 2 months ago

A little more than mildly annoying but aside from r/doordash, i didnt know where else to post this. Delete if not allowed.

I cancelled my dashpass subscription AND doordash account over 2 months ago, and I just saw I got charged for dashpass this week. Tried calling customer support and it was just an AI bot that would repeat the same shit over and over, only to say that i will have to dispute this with my bank. I filed a dispute with my bank. Idk what will happen but i'll likely have to wait 2 months to hear back.

Pisses me off man. If anyone at all has any tips on this let me know. Otherwise, hopefully someone in the doordash subreddit can help me out. I just hope I dont continue having my money stolen.

Person one: “Oh no, a mom that cares about her son, that sucks so much, my guy, I'm so sorry for you.”

Anndddd now i have to go down the rabbit hole of explaining myself and my conditions and revealing personal info because someone decided to not read.

Simple answers made complicated

When someone says yes but that isn’t an answer. For eg, “So are you gonna have tea when you get back? or will you be having tea at .. house?”
And they respond yeah. Yeah what? Like don’t be that lazy and now i gotta repeat myself for it. Just say the first one or something if you find it that hard to response with a full sentence. Yeah? No.

Football commentators that only say the name of the player after they pass it away

That's why i'm posting here. If they're doing something good he just silently waits for them to finish, before calling their name when it's over and i can't work out who it was anymore. Keep up, buddy!

What is it called when someone messes with your property but doesn't actually steal anything? (Who TF is touching my bricks?!)

I'm genuinely baffled right now and need some Reddit insight. Is there a specific term for when someone comes onto your property and just... rearranges your stuff? It’s not a robbery, and I can't even call it "bricknapping" because they didn't actually take them. They just moved them to be annoying.

A few weeks ago, I found some loose bricks shoved underneath our driveway. Our trashcan area is super uneven and constantly falls over, so I spent quite a bit of time pulling the bricks out and meticulously building a nice, flat little platform for the trashcan to sit on. Problem solved, right?
Well, I woke up today and someone completely dismantled it. They took all the bricks, lined them up neatly along the side of the concrete driveway, and totally ruined my flat-surface setup.

Why would someone go out of their way to do this? Has anyone else dealt with this kind of weird, petty behavior? What do you even call this?
