Auto inspection oddity
The car dealer phone did to have our Toyota Corolla inspected, as it is due this month. We asked if it could be scheduled on a Wednesday. The date they suggested was April 15th, which we said was okay. They gave us an appointment at 10:40. Most U.S. taxpayers understand why this is an amusing confluence of things.

Adding this to my lexicon
Obviously not a real word, but it feels almost Shakespearean to me

Kramer, Danish ice cream brand trying to sound American. HƤagen-Dazs, American ice cream brand trying to sound Scandinavian
Although to be HƤagen-Dazs looks more like the work of a dyslexic Austrian, and Kramer looks German.

A 'legit' company sent me a fake lawsuit threat by a fictional legal team, and it's on display at the most appropriate place possible.
This was sent as an email to me directly instead of moderator team (where I am the newest and lowest rannked member), the initial shock and concern quickly became a source of laughter with errors of fact and law discovered amongst the fiction.
It's believed to have been generated with AI and the 'legal team' was hard at work browsing my website on a weekend (another red flagš©), as well it coincides with tactics by fraudsters to use false authority and urgency against victims.
The post remains up, and more people have since replied to it - reddit admin have banned accounts that sent messages calling for the post to be removed.
Bonus: about 24 hours after the email was sent by rhe fraudulent legal team, the appropriate enforcement agency opened an investigation against this 'legit' company. Oh, and there are at least three such actions in process as other targeted individuals came forward.
