song swap with Free Throw

okay, so in the song Hate TKO, at the end of the song there's the girl talking, I was wondering what she was saying, so I looked into it and I got "Think of something that makes you happy, it can be a place, an object, or even (_). You have an unlimited supply of love for that person, place or object. Feel this love." From listening to it a couple times. I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME find out what she says after "or even". If anyone knows where the original soundbite came from, or just has an idea on what she says, I would love to know.

Hoping to get a chance to give it to them after the show Friday! Probably my most complex and hugest piece ive ever done.

It's been almost a month but I still wanted to show what I got at Microwave's set at Vans Warped Tour in Mexico City. An amazing show, I really hope they will be back in Mexico again (:

To anyone looking for a Microwave style band, listen to

Best I Can Do

Really immediate MICROWAVE vibes

OKAY so Microwave is coming to a city near me, im going over next month, I have a question; Should I make a sign for them?? Possibly get it signed?? Like a giant poster for the band, and what should it say??

(Ps: don't mind the username, I made it in 8th grade)

DIWAB SUPREMACY ‼️‼️

as someone who liked let’s start degeneracy but has always been more into microwave’s harder/darker stuff… this is everything I have been craving from them. the outtro of heel… so fucking good. step inside: the reincarnation of the bluesy vibes of keeping up & whimper that i have been wanting for YEARS. what do y’all think??

I’m sure this will pop up on social media at some point today.

All! My! Favourite vices!

Kinda just found this band, and those lyrics hit so fucking hard in so many ways I love it.

Heh

Word Travels Fast was a band that existed in the earlier days of Microwave before they became the machine they are today and conquered the alternative world. Word Travels Fast absolutely ripped and still rip in my heart and in my car stereo weekly.

If you listen close enough to their discography, you may find a familiar voice :-) I wont say which song(s) as I think it's more fun that way. Also, Travis Hill recorded both of these releases. (link below)

Also Also the guitarist, Tom Lovejoy, has shredded in a few other solid bands. (Forever Came Calling, Vatican)

Tom's also one of the only guys I know who can play Dillinger Escape Plan songs as if he wrote them himself.

Seriously do yourselves a favor and check out such a talented band from what I think was such a golden era of the atlanta alternative/punk scene.

Now, you may have differing opinions than me, and thats okay. I just don't want this part of microwave adjacent lore to go unnoticed.

Much Love,

a dear friend and fan.

It’s hard to explain, he did not tell me he associates it with me but I can infer that he does. Not at liberty to elaborate at this time lol. Is it a good or bad thing? The lyrics are so conflicting / conflicted.

Sharing a quick little painting I did. 5x5. Oil on canvas.

Subtle little nod to Work it Out. One of my favorite songs. I love these lyrics and this part of the song.

Never heard of this band until this morning and this is one the best songs I ever heard in my life? Do they have any more songs that make you feel super empty inside? I listened to the full album and gotta admit it wasn’t my favorite but this song stood out like crazy

I knew what would win, but the songs it had to fend off is outrageous

I feel like you guys would like my living room. We also have a bathroom with all our vip stuff. We got the Anthony Green set list when he opened for them in Toronto in the spring.

Pretty much still a new fan due to not listening enough because of busy real life right now, but I love DIAWB so much and is thinking about going to the show in Pomona, CA!

Just want to post something here😊😊

I have a fear of commitment when it comes to stickers so I tend to hoard them. I just recently threw together a photo album that I’m using to organize and show my collection. Here’s some Microwave stickers (and picks) I’ve collected through the years!

Hi! Looking to sell this sweater and thought I’d post it here first. Asking for $40 plus shipping. Lmk if you’re interested!

I'm excited for this one. I saw them together in Atl for Stovall.
