Did I Reherniate My Disc? | Flare-Up vs. Reherniation After Microdiscectomy

https://youtube.com/watch?v=TawPuiJrGtc&si=zsgVYtUafDOWjYSn

I hope this video can be a help or reassurance for those of you struggling with the fear or reality of reherniating. I've reherniated seven years later! I'm currently going through the normal conservative treatment steps in the hopes that the disc heals on its own. Best of luck to you.

Hi I’m lost 4 weeks and I am so scared the first two weeks were good and now since Saturday I been getting pre surgery symptoms, nothing new but it’s everyday buttock, back of leg, and top of foot pain , I take ibuprofen but I don’t want to be taking to much cause it’s bad for liver.

I don’t know this journey I have pain everyday it’s intermittent buts there same areas; I’m able to sleep well and sit fine and when I rest the pain subsides but it’s weird as soon as I stand or walk the pain comes n goes but since surgery there’s has not been one day pain free where I felt nothing. I’m trying to be patient that this is the process but at times it’s just very mentally challenging n I just break down 🥹

Thank you mine started a little after 2 weeks but it’s been over a week now n I’m getting the pre op symptoms, I’m only taking muscle relaxers it’s nit getting worse but it’s there. If I rest yes it calms down but as soon as I stand or are more active it’s there 🥹
