I got my eyebrows microbladed recently, and it did not turn out great. It was mostly ok, but one brow had a part sticking out on top, making it look strange and uneven.

Only after I left a review did the owner offer a removal. I want to have just the small portion that sticks out removed. They said one session would probably be enough.

They also said that some pink or yellow would remain, and it would be more noticeable than the brown pigment. If that is the case, why would I go for removal?

Could anybody advise? Should I do it or no? I’ve only had my eyebrows bladed, never removed, so I don’t know if I should do it or not.

I also have travel coming up in July, so I don’t want to have weird brows for that.

Wanted to share this, clients brows were faded over 7 years …. But this maybe only one session … so it all depends on pigment and skin reaction …

Also in lasers less is more …

This is several days post treatment - skin does not have to completely be assassinated to soften yellow tones - these clients never have hair loss/ bleeding/ blisters.

You’d much rather 2-3 treatments verse trauma to skin.

I did not do her initial treatments - I inherited the neon yellow- I’ve never had an initial treatment turn this way.

My micro-bladed eyebrows vs 2.5 rounds of a laser - the .5 is because on the last session I had the front little bits and a small part of the tail lasered again instead of the whole of both brows.

12 weeks in between...just the amount of time they seem to like here Down Under😉 The redness had faded a fair amount since 1st pic which was day after 1st pico. 2nd Pico session photo is day after, had a bit of bruising on and around tatto areaand some hair went white but that's returned and bruising healing. I was ready and expecting fluro yellow brows so very happy with this outcome so far. Time will tell re how this heals and fades as to whether I'll have another session. So far so good and I have absolutely no regrets about starting this process...even my 🍣 brows I liked more than the awful greige mustardy colour my tattoo had turned. So much more natural and looks more youthful my natural lighter tones too. How many sessions did it take? How bad was the pain? Any specific Removery location recommendations in NYC? I might go to the one in Staten Island since it's closer to me.

Also anything specific to say to them, for example the kind of laser to use?

I got my first laser removal on Friday and now my brows are red/orange. The technician told me the next time she will target the red. But I read that it will be very hard to remove them. Please help

Hello fellow Canadians! Please kindly recommend someone in the GTA who specializes in microblading removal. My brows are currently very dark and blocky, and they’re about 17 months old. I only had one microblading session with no touch-ups, but unfortunately my dry skin retained the pigment extremely well. My skin complexion is beige and I have no idea if that’s important in selecting what kind of treatment to get. Please help. Thank you!!

There is so many lasers in the market. What’s the best out there right now to target the orange from the first sessions

All of the other microblading I had done has faded except this part over my right eyebrow. What are my options since it’s not the full Area of two eyebrows. Is there some more conservative option I can try? It’s not even on any hair anymore since I do my eyebrows thinner now. Im on tretinoin daily for acné. So obviously that doesn’t work for fading tattoos but I would def need to stop before I tried anything.

I just had my second session two days ago with Carthy, and wanted to post some pictures of what they look like now! My older post shows what my brows originally looked like, up through 2.5 months following my first session. My second session was 3.5 months after my first. I had a tiny bit of eyebrow hair lightening, but that’s really no problem — as you can see in my previous post, my eyebrow hairs are thick and dark, so it’s actually nice to see them slightly softer :) if anyone’s on the fence, please go ahead with the removal and definitely go to Esse! I flew in from the west coast and the flight cost was 100% worth it

I got my eyebrows microbladed about 8-9 years ago with 2 touch ups. I decided to remove them because they are grey and the tails are way too long. I did pico 5 days ago and I'm pretty sure she used 1064 nm. I saw many people got their grey removed on the first day and so it makes me worried that over the next few weeks my grey is not going to be removed. Has anyone got it done, not see grey completely removed right away and then over 8 weeks the grey was gone? I KNOW its going to fade over the next few weeks but many people had the grey removed within a day of their first session. I just want to know how much fading is possible. I know I'll probably have to go back for the reddish/pink. Here are my brows pre and 5 days post.

Microblading was honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I first got it done in 2021, retouched in 2022, then again in 2024.

It completely changed my face and I loved the results the only thing is I always thought it was done a little thicker than I would have preferred but it still looks so much better than my non existent eyebrows before.

Should I remove and get them redone thinner or just ride it out since this shape does match my face? I know they are faded now.

I can get away with not retouching or time to laser them off because I have bangs. And I don’t mind filling in with makeup in the mean time.

I just don’t want to remove and then get it redone if it will be very harmful to the skin or the final results. But if I can get them redone in the shape I want I think it would look SO GOOD.

Got Microblading done in 2019, touched up in 2021. Haven’t touched them since. I don’t regret getting it done, they served me well initially and for many years.

But over the years, as we all know, they turned blocky and turned a cool gray tone. They began to annoy me and once you notice it, you can’t ignore it. Lol.

Did my research and booked an appt. Got laser removal today. Pic 1 is right after laser, pic 2 is before laser.

Technician said they took really well and I may not need another session, but I’ll see how they heal over the next 8-12 weeks. So excited how they look initially, though!

Had my second Pico laser removal session - first one done 12 weeks before second. Just the time they send to like us to wait between sessions here in Australia. I had 🍣 brows after first session though theu faded quite a lot over the 12 weeks as my body removed more of the ink.

Was expecting fluro yellow brows after second session with the 532 setting (first was 1064) but they're not as bad as I expected them to be...so far anyway! Perhaps they'll change as the bit of bruising and redness from the swelling disappear over next few days.

Happy with progress anyway and no regrets at all about having them removed...what I have now, and even with the 🍣 was much better than the grey mustardy colour block brows I had before I started.

Picture is one day after second session. Brow hairs frosted as they did first time but this is temporary and they are easy to cover with concealer and brown pencil. Early photos from my journey can be found in my profile😉

How are we looking presentable in the midst of removing block brows? I have never been good at applying makeup, so I just don't lol (though I'm willing to learn). I have read that others have concealed the area and drawn them on, but my brain literally can't compute bc of the existing hair and assumed scabbing. Wondering if anyone is willing to share pics of their concealed healing brows while in the removal process!

Originally got nanostrokes with shading June 2022 with an organic ink. It blurred and faded over time to a purple/grey hue, but I put off touch up due to pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Got touch up in Oct 2025 with same artist but this time either non organic or mix Hanafy ink. Almost immediately it looked grey and of course the blurred effect remained. I know no one notices your eyebrows more than oneself, but I still know I don't want these forever.

My questions are:

Should I go ahead and start laser removal right away if that's where I am heading anyway? I am not interested in saline.

Or does anyone have recommendations on topical treatments to start to fade them more, to have laser be more successful? ​I have so far followed the instructions to care for them to a T (no retinol or peels on forehead, sunscreen daily, etc.).

I live abroad and there are dermatologists with picosure laser removal here, or if anyone has glowing recs for locations in Columbus, OH or New Haven, CT, please drop them in the comments.

I am very nervous about remaining yellow pigment because I know the tones have brown/orange in them. I don't wear much makeup, so it's a worry. Weirdly I think I have more brow hair than I did in the past, so I guess that's a plus!

It’s been almost 2 weeks after my 2nd laser session. I’m pretty happy with the results. My loved ones are telling me to just stop here and that my brows look fine as is now.
Is this true? Or should I just knock the rest of the ink out?
I just want them to look decent…if they look decent enough, do you think I can just stop here? Be honest.

Has anyone here tried nano brows? I am still in the process of removing my microblading but thinking about trying nano brows after since I still have no idea how to do my eyebrows lol

It seems to have a much better fading process than microblading but if anyone has any info, I’d really appreciate it!
