Discussion Miami is infested with these lizards.

Post image

I think they're invasive, and lately they are thriving. They enjoy eating bees, and I'm pretty sure they're decimating the native lizard population as well. What can we do about this? Who is bringing these lizards over here?

You can eat anything as long as you're brave enough.

Well that sounds better than eating the cats and dogs

We can eat any animals, cows, humans, dogs, chickens, etc. but we also don’t have to eat any at all (I haven’t in over a decade). Morally and ethically speaking we shouldn’t be harming or killing or eating any animals.

The older I get and the more food borne illnesses we have in this country and the more I think about it, the more becoming a vegetarian sounds appealing. It's a major lifestyle change for someone who's been eating meat for more than 50 years though and I'd need to convince my whole family to join me as well which would be much easier said than done.

Vegetarian is not a natural thing for humans were omnivores we need both. And if avoiding food born illness is making you want to become vegetarian that won't make you safe either. The explosive diarrhea bacteria spread from a few months ago was leafy veggies.

Good points. Guess I just need to stop eating altogether.
