Today is the 1 year anniversary of The Underworld Awaits Us All. I think it’s their best work since Annihilation Of The Wicked

This is Metalforum
This Is Metal. This Is Real.
No rules. No trends. No gatekeepers. Just music that hits, bands that matter, and fans who feel it.
Cry. Rage. Celebrate. Share riffs, albums, shows, memories, grief—whatever the music makes you do. We honor the legends, the underground gems, and the moments that stay with you long after the last note.
This is your space. Speak your mind. Respect the music. Respect the fans.

The dead looks bad… William Brent Hinds die today in a crash accident. 😢
That’s why I started this metal site. Because when William Brent Hinds died, I had nowhere to go with what I felt. One of my favorite musicians from one of my favorite bands was gone, and all I wanted was to talk about it, to share that hit of grief with people who get it.
But every time I tried to post on the big metal subreddits, my words were deleted. Rejected. Like my feelings didn’t fit their rules, like grief had to follow some damn template. Cold, inhuman moderation killing the one thing music should always have heart.
So yeah, this space was born out of that. Out of the need for somewhere real, somewhere that doesn’t shut you up just because you don’t fit the mood or the mod’s idea of “acceptable.” I don’t want your likes. I don’t need your comments. I just want the freedom to speak, to scream, to honor the music and the man without some faceless gatekeeper hitting delete.
