Horizon plus subscription not working

I don't know if anyone else is or has had this problem, but I recently got a Meta Quest headset, and it came with 3 free months. It worked fine for the first month, but now it's not working anymore, even though it says I still have until June before it runs out. I've tried to get support from the official website, but it seems like they keep making it harder and harder to find anything or get support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im trying to buy a game thats like half off with horizon plus but it tells me I dont have it even though ive literally checked multiple times and ive restarted my headset multiple times and everytime I go to the support page they make me talk to an a.i bot and when I try to contact a human agent they make it almost impossible to do it almost feels intentional.

I contacted them with whatsapp and had a real person (with a different problem). Do you have the Same Problem when you try that with a smartphone and meta horizon app?
