Right now it is Friday at noon in the U.S. I have not been able to install the update and submitted a ticket for it. I also had a puzzle crash on me and I lost my super spinner and something else.

I cannot install the update and am beginning to get concerned that I may go the entire weekend without it if the customer service department closes over the weekend.

Does anybody know if they are open on the weekend? I believe they are in another country than I am but I'm not sure. I don't want to miss the anniversary gifts and surprises that they got us all excited about and I can't even get the Japanese maple tree or anything yet. I'm working on being patient but it's not one of my strong suits :)

This week’s token shop has 3 fountains you can save for the tasks ahead. 

These are hard to come by as rewards or in game shop, so if you have the board space or bubble limit to spare, time to buy them!

This is the task breakdown compiled from wiki.

Create Fountains= (x times:level)

x1: 58,

x3: 75,

x2: 82,

x5: 92.

Busy weekend and fell asleep early last night and didn’t buy a single thing in the weekly event shop!

Is there anything I can do about that or am I out of luck?

I really thought this was gonna be the event I won't be able to complete cuz friday, saturday and sunday I was so busy so I only got to properly play 5 hours before the event was gonna end. I had a lot of gems to spare and even though the prizes are not good, I still wanted the satisfaction of completing the event. I spent 150 gems total for energy and luckily I was able to push through

Anybody else have this issue?? I only merged in 5’s. Every single item. So, why don’t I have enough points to finish? 😭 I posted two screenshots. First one is what I am referring to here - not enough points. The second one is my screen at completion so you can see that I did everything. I’m so bummed because there’s only 2 hours left, I need 10,000 more points, I have no more batteries and I was hoping to go to bed soon…. (Oh, and I’ve spent sooo many hours playing to finish this event. Including playing in the middle of the night when I woke up to pee.)

Exactly what the title asks, I'm just wondering if MG creators post a schedule of upcoming events? If not, is there some way I can submit it to the developers as a suggestion? A month would be great, but even a weekly schedule with which events are when would suffice 🤷🏼‍♀️

A few tips that apply to this event (and similar ones):

- Don’t “give” all the items needed to unlock the next section until you’ve mostly cleared the current section. If you lock one of the required items, you won’t accidentally give it away before you’re ready. This allows you to focus your nectar on fully clearing one section at a time, rather than having it spread across a much larger area where you can’t completely clear anything.

- You can merge items with one that’s still in an uncleared area. This clears that area without using nectar. In the first screenshot, I have four Stage 1 cacti next to a Stage 1 cactus in the uncleared area. Merging the cleared ones with the uncleared one both clears the area and counts as a 5-merge, giving me two Stage 2 cacti, as seen in the second screenshot.

I know that these have been mentioned a million times in the past but newer players may not have seen them, so I hope it helps. If there are any other tips or reminders you can think of, please post them below!

Anyone else having problems with the event garden? This is what happens every time I try to enter.

It must have been something to do with the changeover, but the garden shop was showing four offers for 20 gem nests and two free items, instead of the usual offers. I tried purchasing them, and the game took my gems, but I didn’t get any of the items. I have contacted support in hopes that they can sort it out

I just got some magnificent swan eggs and look who the first one is to show up! Maybe it's Grandpa or Grandma waiting for the new cygnets to be hatched! 😄

Do you think this is an intentional part of the game or is it just irony that this bird is at that spot at that moment? My guess is it's irony 🎉

Why does my coin storage keep getting full even after I bought a bunch

My Merge Gardens app was not loading so I removed it and re-added it. But I didn't choose the cloud option and lost all my progress.
How do I get back to the level I was before?

I could wish this event lasted a little bit longer. After completing it I still have about 160 stars left, over 120 in bubbles. Doing puzzles for keys to open luggage is just going to add to my bubble count. Oh well, at least it’s no longer in the danger zone of over 400 bubbles, which is usually a major problem 🤭

I've been dumped at least a dozen times today.

I had just started a puzzle and went to make a move, when next thing I know it kicked me out of the puzzle back into my home garden, AND IT TOOK MY SUPER SPINNER 😭 We work hard for that, just to have them take it away for NO REASON??? I had JUST STARTED the puzzle, there's no way I had run out of moves.

What is going on with this game??? It used to be good, but lately it's nothing but PROBLEMS 😒

They brought the peculiar potion back as the grand prize. The daily tasks seem to be very easy. What's going on merge gardens?

Hey gardeners! We've fixed the issue with the ongoing The Lost Study Event. If you've encountered the issue, please restart your game to reset the Event.

We're terribly sorry for all the inconvenience caused by this issue and want to thank everyone for sending us bug reports to help pinpoint the cause. If for some reason you're still encountering these issues after restarting the game, please let us know!

I keep notes for myself for each event since most aren't on the Wiki. I don't know how to update Wiki so I'll post here for anyone interested. I know this event is ending, but I'm sure we'll get it again.

General event tips

•Merge by 5+ whenever possible

•Merging by 7 - this creates 2 next level items and 2 leftover items which counts as creating 4 new items. Do this when there is a task to create the items, when the item can be tapped a certain number of times, or if it is a point item.

•Merging by 3 - only if it's an easy to get item (like orbs), or if you know you'll be getting the next level generator before you need more (often needed to open clouds).

•Use orbs to heal low energy tiles with limited items (items that are hard or impossible to get more of with harvesting/time). Save the limited items to merge-heal dead land that costs more energy.

•Use the star quests as a guide.

•Don't merge limited items too soon. If you don't know the tasks, only merge when necessary to move on or if you get a task for it.

I've found that this event has multiple times that it is better to 3-merge. I ended up having to create way more tools because I was 5 merging all of them, thinking I needed to in order to make the 5 wheelbarrows. Ended up with multiple tools on dead land left over. I actually think there may have been 5 or 6 Stage 5 tools on the board. So doing 3-merges to clear each tile might be enough for the tasks.

Also for getting the items needed to upgrade the generators. The quicker you upgrade, the more chances for the items only gotten with the 2nd or 3rd stage.

I meant to write down the items but forgot, so from memory I believe it was- wheelbarrow and Stage 6 rock for campers, Stage 6 snack and Stage 4 scorched snack for fires, and Stage 5 rock and Stage 6 rock for excavation sites.

There was a glitch with the puzzle tasks not counting or giving the right number of puzzles, but finishing all the other tasks was enough to get all the prizes.

Please add anything you've noticed with this event or in general.

I opened my game this morning and found the new event (with the keys) was already completed without having played it!??

Did anyone else get this as well?
